How to Repair Plastic Parts on Classic Cars using Bondic Plastic Weld

  • This video will show you my experience using Bondic. I used it on four projects: 3 on a classic car - 1970 Chevelle
    1. Repairing the plastic stud holders on the horn assembly on a steering wheel.
    2. Repairing the plastic directional switch assembly inside the steering column.
    3. Repairing the plastic cover under the steering wheel column.
    4. Attempting to repair the wing on my Star Teck pewter model - that failed.
    It worked for me on small plastic parts.

    Another great video, much appreciated. I figure I’ll give this a try, can’t afford to throw money on so many plastics parts. Like you I prefer to retain as many original parts as possible.

      This stuff works good on small parts. And I am trying to keep the car all original, except for the radio and changing the 3 speed on the column to 4 on the floor.
