This film gives a flavour of the experience of learning TM in residence on retreat.
The courses are run regularly - Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, with Dr Gemma Beckley, Trust Director, alongside an advanced retreat for those who have already learned.
You will enjoy the standard transcendental meditation course, but with the following added ingredients:
