I’m wondering 🤔-why buy a house? Just rent an apt in ur home base and airbnb in the UK? You don’t have to worry about maintenance, etc on ur home. Also, if you decide to move permanently, you don’t have to sell your home

True I’m just saying that you can buy a house if you want to then you have the option of Airbnb ing that while you’re out of the UK!

Hi. With the 6 month rule, do you have to be out of the UK for 6 months after your initial 6 months, before returning? Or just 6 months accumulated through a one year period?
