Great place to work, very laid back and down to earth. Everything is simple and to the point when it comes to the labor, nothing is too difficult and from my early experience the other employees don't mind lending a helping hand, management is polite and positive vibes all around from top to bottom. Hands down this has got to be one of the best jobs I've ever had.✍️💯
After seeing that hard work and dedication behind the making of my Mizunos, I now feel like an extra ass when I shank my shot.
😂😂😂😂
I have owned several sets of Mizuno irons and it wonderful to see why the quality of every set I have owned was great! As an engineer, I to give you kudos for having a great assembly process.
That smooth tape roll move at 7:38 was so satisfying.
I watch this video every day while I eagerly await my first set of custom-made, fitted irons. Mizuno MP-20s. Can’t Wait! Thank you Mizuno Team!
Excellent tour, can't wait for my new clubs to arrive. Nothing feels like a Mizuno!
Thank you Mizuno for a very interesting insight into your brand of clubs.
Nothing feels like a mizuno!!!!!
Playing the MP 60's and they are still amazing!
Thank you Mizuno!
So cool, love seeing the process from start to finish
Thank you for the video. I am so glad I have a mizuno driver and irons and really appreciate the quality of work that goes in to making my Mizuno clubs.
Really enjoyed that! Next best thing to an in person tour!!
Wow, that was amazing! Thanks for the great behind-the-scenes video. Honestly, I'm a high-handicap player and never considered Mizuno, but recently got fit for clubs and the Mizuno CLK 19* hybrid was the best hybrid for me, so I'm really excited about it.
Thanks, Mizuno, for the tour! Great to see where my fitted HM Pro irons came from! Now just waiting on my order for the new STx driver and an ES21 lob wedge and I'll be good to go!!
Wow! This was awesome! My love for Mizuno started with my ST190 driver. Last year I was fitted for JPX 921 HM Pros. Added a 58 degree T20. Loved all of that and added my favorite club of all time, my ES21 54 degree wedge! Gaming 11 Mizunos in the bag this year!
I love my Mizuno's!!! I started with the JPX 825 Pro and now I am with the MP 20 MMC's irons, ST 200 driver and 3 wood, and the 2020 CLK hybrids. I love them!!
Great video! Love seeing the process and quality of craftsmanship that goes into these clubs. Still using the JPX 919 Forged, nothing beats the feeling of Mizunos!
I had my 921 hot metal pro put together there. That’s an awesome look at how it happened. Thanks!
I'm on my 4th set of Mizunos so consistent solid and great feel
i custom ordered once from you guys, waited 3 months and finally got it with the wrong shaft... good job
Thank you for that inside view, I´m happy to be a former Mizuno-client in the next weeks - order is already made ;)
Waiting on my order to be filled, this was enjoyable to watch, getting to see where my clubs are carefully being made.
no surprise with mizuno precision club assembly. Incredible tech and hope to own a set of mizuno someday
Good clean shop. I appreciate the attention to detail... Thanks Mizuno
Just ordered a split set of MP-20 MB and MMC last week. The next 4 - 6 weeks will be the longest of my life! Can't wait to hit 'em!
Loving my mp20
Love my MP-20 blended set. From the MP-29's in the early 2000s to now, I've only ever played Mizuno irons.
Fantastic process 👊🏾
just ordered my 921 hot metal pros and t22 wedges today.. super cool to see the behind the scenes. can't wait to get my clubs
Awesome video and tour.
Great video....been 9 weeks....still waiting for my irons....can't wait to get them...
Great video! Now really looking forward to my 921 Tour heads to come out of backorder so I can put them in play!
Got fitted for a set of Hot Metals four weeks ago. Can’t wait to get them back.
Just got mine after 5 week wait. Worth it!
Look like a serious process. Not a bunch of robot running all over the place. But now speed it up boys.
I finally cave in and decided to get fitted. I hit different clubs ping, titleist and others . The moment I hit mizuno I was like yes that is the winner. It felt so good and smooth. I seriously cannot wait.
Awesome video. Now I have a better appreciation for what goes into making a custom set of Mizuno golf clubs. I am looking forward to hitting my new set of irons.
I just got the mizuno st200 and it’s awesome thank you
Can't wait for mine to arrive in the next week or so.
I just got mine. 5 weeks never felt so long.
Amazing video
can't wait for mine to get here
Waited 5 weeks for mine. It felt like longer somehow.
Thank you 🙏
I live about five minutes away from this facility. I never knew it was golf equipment. I thought it was for Mizuno baseball equipment. Very cool
Chateau Elan should really lean into this if they aren't already! A Mizuno customer experience studio type of thing or something of the sort would do fantastic, I'd think. Think Taylormade's Kingdom but for Mizuno?
@@joshuapisani1853 I know Mizuno does have a presence at a couple of clubs in the area. I wish I would have known earlier that the facility was for sure golf equipment. I would have supported the company for employing the locals. As I rebuild my bag, it will eventually be all Mizuno.
Ok you sold me Mizuno! Great video
I just got the JPX Hot Metal Irons 4-G BEST IRONS IVE EVER HIT !!
@@noonan395 good luck with them
Damn! 6K clubs a day and yet so many comments expressed about waiting weeks and months for their orders to be filled. Either this is the only assembly plant they have in the world or a lot more people ordering mizunos than I thought.
A lot more order Mizuno than you thought. This line is just for North America.
Ordered the jpx 921 tour irons, can't wait for them to get here 😇
I ordered a set 4 weeks ago how long did it take to get your set?
@@pongsolo about 6 weeks! Took a while but I do love them!
Drove by that facility today 🏌️♂️⛳️
Man I need to try some Mizuno irons now. I’ve had the Callaway Apex Pro’s and now currently PXG Tour irons but really like the look of some of the new Mizuno irons. Always thought I wasn’t good enough to play them but one day I’ve got to just give them a shot.
Can’t wait to get mine!! I’m told they’re back ordered and I have to wait 4-6 weeks 😭
Got fitted a bit over a week ago at the Osaka center. Bought the 5-PW JPX921 Forged. Delivery time as early as 2 weeks, but could take up to 3 weeks due to Covid. And since the time I ordered an emergency declaration has been issued for Osaka, so probably 3 weeks.
I love my Hot Metals. My fourth set of Mizuno’s
I reckon my 33's were assembled here, so thanks. Can't wait to get into the MP21... or whatever you guys call it.
Getting back into the game after 10 years, most of my bag is now defunct Nike golf equipment, I was a dedicated golfer and bought cavity back players irons with the intent on improving my game with them, They were forged and I LOVED the feel, In my other hobby Forged items were also appreciated and are industry standard, It simply is quality compared to something like investment casting, it takes time, it's hard, but it's quality, I have a fitting scheduled but pretty much have my mind made up on the JPX21 Forged, basically just going to get lie, length, ect
I cant believe how some manufactures are getting away with calling clubs forged when it's a multi piece construction.
6:44 let's appreciate his good taste on the watch he's wearing. Seiko Pepsi me love
good eyes
About to comment that one. Lucky we play irons manufactured by people with taste.
The clubs being boxed up at the end with the black KBS shafts/Z-cord grips could conceivably be my MMCs haha. They were being produced late Feb/early March, and it's feasible that this video was shot around that time.
Proud owner of JPX 921 Hot Metal Pros (4-PW)
Just got the same! But 5-gw
Ordered the same, 6 thru GW.
Nice I’ll take a set
I just got fitted last week for hot metals! I think I saw mine! 😂
If you just got fitted last week, don't expect to see them for another 5 weeks before you see them. I got fitted the end of March for JPX921 Forged and I still haven't seen them. Called and and told don't expect to see them till the week of 5/10.
@@tedmedeiros3958 i got mine ordered at Feb 27 and guess what ? . still no received yet. may 2nd now
I love my MIzuno JPX919 Hot Metal irons but the quality control and customer care/warranty of Mizuno has greatly diminished to almost none. The swing weight of my 7 iron is a full 2 points off (light) and when i called they refused to do anything about it. I was told if i wanted to I could send them the club and they would change the swing weight but I would have to pay for everything including shipping and a new shaft and grip because my shaft might be cracked (?). I have been told it appears my 7 iron may have been assembled with a head which was to be used on a steel shaft and mistakenly was used on a graphite shaft. Never the less, the club's swing weight is noticeably light. Mizuno made it that way ( 2.0 swing points light) and they refused to correct it unless I paid for the repair PLUS all the shipping and also for a new shaft and grip!!!
stillit seems they no longer
Did they move the HQ office from Peachtree Corners up to Braselton? Or maybe this just golf club assembly and distribution? I'm guessing that swing DNA fitter they created has really started to get folks interested in custom fits, which is great for the game!
Just got my JPX921 forged. After being a lifelong Mizuno player all the way back to T-Zoids. I couldn’t believe the irons were 1-3.5 degrees off of spec! Paid $75 to get them fixed and when I called Mizuno, they said “we will let them know”. Ugh. I liked them better when they were a smaller company and obsessed with quality.
Your lie angles?
I wouldn’t play with anything but Mizuno irons.
All that that went into the quality control and I still had to take my clubs to be re-gripped because the align was crooked and I am still trying to find new shaft labels because they were off. I love my clubs but I was disappointed with some of the attention to detail with the grips and shafts
Many people complains about grip misalignment. Yet, Mizuno does nothing to correct the problem.
Mine are in there! Gimme gimme gimme!
Still hitting my mp32's while impatiently awaiting a new set of jpx921 tours to be built and arrive for me to put in play. Any way i can get them put to the top of the assembly list. It's been a month...feels like a lot longer.
Patience....
Love my JPX 919 Hot Metals! Like butta...
ordered jpx 921 iron set on Feb, 27 . still not received yet may 1st now. called customer support multiple times weekly and they said " will ship it next week " everytime. really bad on ETA . 4 to 6 week lead time turns in to 10week and still did not received iron set.
Then behind that big building is a shack where the make the left handed clubs.
I've played Mizuno all my life. But why do the Muzuno installed grips always look very closed or strong?
why not spine the shaft, rather than ensuring the shaft decal is faced down properly?
I prefer that the FLO the shafts, or at least try to align to the primary bending point. Keeps me from pulling shafts and grips off.
Tell Vosh to get us lefties a 5 wood. Waiting for one. I have the ST200 driver and 3 wood. I can probably wait until the fall. So if you want some Calloway business, up to Mizuno.
A few requests - I have a full bag of custom ordered Mizunos, so I think these are reasonable: 1) Can you re-add the Align Midsized +4 Grip you've removed - I now order MMC Midsize +4 and then throw them out, 2) Can you add the Steelfiber X-Flex i110 shaft, you have the S-Flex so adding the X would be easy, 3) the Tensei White Pro TS-Flex Hybrid Shaft is great - can you add that as a non-upcharge also for fairway woods, 4) this is for Marketing, please add a 7wood to the fairway offering, easier to set open for a non-draw setup. Thanks!
Can I purchase a vintage, flawed, used or new, Mizuno Bettinardi putter from Mizuno?
I've been thinking about swapping my i25's for some Mizuno but would like to really try out some options. Unfortunately here in Northeast PA it's hard to find a shop that will give you the time of day to actually discuss the clubs, the fitting, etc.
I hear ya Mike. Sometimes you have to travel to a Club Champion, True Spec, or hell TXG in Toronto (when allowed) for a great fitting. I know Cleveland is only 90 min away. I travel that to get to a True Spec golf to get a great fitting for irons.
@@arpus1995 I honestly just buy what I like the look of and then build everything myself. There is a local guy that lets me on his sim and bends irons/wedges for me. Normally the fittings are done by me on a course during a round of play taking notes on flight, spins, response, etc.
I’ll admit I went and checked the lasered sales order number on my irons to see if they were the ones in the video...😳😂
I have a new set of 921F coming along with 3 T20 wedges.
Is it also a fitting center? If not, where can I find a list
Be nice if I could receive the single wedge (stock) I ordered over a month ago.
Great video. What's the lead time looking like now? Ordered mine 2 weeks ago and very excited!
Depends where you are - most European sets are between 60-90 days right now.

I'm due for new irons, my MP-33's are a bit long in the tooth. I don't even consider other brands because I know Mizuno makes the best irons.
As much as I enjoyed my MP32’s for a good 10 years, I was happy to break up with them in favor of the MP18s. The weight and forgiveness in the MP18’s couldn’t have been more perfect for my swing and as a bonus, they still have a slightly blady look to them.
HI
Can you pl tell were can we get costume fitting for the set in India please
Did you say a tolerance of plus/minus 1 degree on lie angle? Seems a lot assume you mean 0.1 degree?
Mizuno is my iron set
so cool, are you hiring any engineers? I would love to work for the company that makes the most buttery irons
Why don’t y’all have dynamic golf tour issue x100 until July?
Ordered a st200 driver 2 months ago from tgw website. Still dont have it😒 should have ordered it direct i guess
Call them up and check on it, I ordered a wedge in feb kept asking if they forged the head yet lol
what is the turn around time? i was told 8 to 10 weeks
Who is your club head supplier? As you mentioned: If club head not meet you standard will be returen to supplier for credit.
Waiting on my order that was placed on 5/3. Major delays for this order and longevity of order production.
I missed the section where shafts are spined
Man I waiting 3 months for a replacement shaft for my driver an you got a warehouse full of them WTH
Still the very best non-true-bespoke irons money can buy. The only other iron manufacturer that comes close is Titleist. There is a reason why Mizuno does not sponsor players (product philosophy), and there is a reason why Mizuno completely dominates the unsponsored professional/scratch/single digit player roster.
Been waiting on my wedges almost 2 months. Last time I ordered, was only 10 days delivered.....are the heads still stuck in the forge?
Where are you based? There are warnings on both EU and US sites about current delays. There are shortages of grips and shafts at the moment. Too many people playing golf for the manufacturers to keep pace at the moment.
@@mizunogolf1906 hawaii
Still waiting on mine... lmao probably still in the yellow trays lol.
I'm not sure, but wasn't MacGregor's assembly plant located in Georgia too back in day?
MacGregor was in Albany, GA
@@christopherkasik3291 Ah, ok. Thanks : )
took 8wks to get custom clubs..nice to know y
Now I know who installed 4 of my Golfpride Align grips off-center on my new JPX921 Tour Irons. Had to pay a local shop to put new Align grips on to replace the phucked up ones.
I love my NEW wedges...Slide like butter.. Yep, Nothing feels like a Mizuno
I ordered mp20s from Golf Galaxy
The iron was ordered standard loft 2•up right
They came to me 2•upright + 2• more loft
Not knowing the lofts was week made me to believe my shaft was wrongfully chosen
Witch lead me to buying new shafts it was there at a different store were I found out the fla my advice is not to have them bent and just play them standard
Is this pretty much the same process as the Melbourne mizuno factory in Australia?
We haven't been to see that one - so can't say 100%. But our custom lines are all set up with the help of our production team in Japan - so follow same principles.
Got my custom order in last week for my Hot Metal Pros and was wondering where they get assembled. Had no idea we had an assembly plant here in Australia - top stuff.
@@numbnutsAU yeah they have a factory down in Melbourne. You are in Australia I assume? How long did it take for your order? 👍🏼
@@jaradcohen I only got my order in last friday with my fitter. They said it usually takes around 4 weeks due to COVID.
You have left out an important step in the process. The shaft needs to be spine aligned so all shafts have the same bend characteristics and then "pured" so they oscillate without any "wobble". You seem to be more concerned with cosmetics than shaft performance- other than swing weights which you do check.
The shaft is the engine of the club and it must not fight or alter the swing pressure on the club. Custom club builders always test the shaft and orient it properly with the clubhead to ensure maximum performance when swung by the player.
ah, so this is why it's taken almost three months for my friend to get his clubs lol
I ordered a wedge in feb just got it last week. That being said now I dont even want to hit the club the ION T20 wedges are the nicest wedges I have ever seen museum piece lol. Oh I will use it tho
10 weeks and still no sign of my irons 🤷♂️
I have been waiting since January oh boy I have never waited on an order for this long.
@@kossiametsife3845 you have the patience of a saint, I would have cancelled my order already haha
@@kossiametsife3845 What did you order?
OK I actually watched this video
It’s amazing how they talk about the shaft and grip alignment thing, but yet anyone who works retail and sells Mizuno clubs knows how notorious they are for sending clubs with grip and shaft not aligned with the face.
so true!!!
