Not sure if you knew this SJB, but the bird's range is the collective range of every beast handler merged into it. So placing one or two handlers further away would've helped for the rounds where it was letting DDTs through. This is also what makes the beast handler actually really cracked on multi track maps since it can bring most bloons all on one track. (IMO makes the expert CHIMPS runs like the puddles maps a lot easier)
The reason why he did not do that is because the bird can some times just chase one really fast bloon and not be able to catch up if it has global range and ignore the rest.
@@Soogooroo Even still if you have it set to strong it will go after the first ddt which may be half way across the map and since the bird can't go to the ddt instantly it will waste a lot of attacking time and some ddts might slip through while it is carrying the ddt back.
I found that having too much range actually was a negative because the bird would fly all the way across the map(wasting time) instead of just picking up and dropping within a few inches.

You need a MIB for a tier 2-4 bird to pop leads. With a MIB, a condor can pick up DDTs. The adasaurus/velociraptor can pop leads but not camo. However, if you get the T-Rex, then its stomp can pop camo (it can one-shot the wave of camo leads on 59 if you time it right - which you discovered at 20:00ish). Pouakai is pronounced "poor-a-kie" (rhymes with "floor a pie"), roughly. The "o" vowel in Maori is pronounced like in "door" and each vowel is separate but just said really quickly: p-oor-u-a-kah-i -> poor-a-kai. There's no poo involved - unless you were commenting on whether the tower is good or not :)
As a long time Bloons player who is struggling to get their first CHIMPS win (without added restrictions such as these), seeing you beat CHIMPS with only one tower type is kinda inspiring in a way
I’m only 19 min in but SJB, if you get bird beast handlers around the map, the bird flies in all of the radiuses of the merged towers. This could help a ton and gives you a tower that has popping power all over the map. They only bring them back when they are in range of your main tower that is controlling the main beast.
Wouldn't it be cool if ninja kiwi nerfed towers by giving them side effects that help the Bloons. This would add variety to the boring "more pierce, oops, less pierce" and "more damage, oops, less damage" patches I see so frequently. There is so much more room if there were reversed effects. For example, if you wanted to nerf top path ninja, you could give it an effect that regrows regen bloons 50 percent faster after damage is done. Or with the newly overpowered monkeyopolis, towers surrounding a lower level monkeyopolis could have 5% more upgrade cost, and this percentage slowly goes down (could even go below 100% aka a discount) as you gain higher tier monkeyoplis'. It's this out of the box thinking that I'd love to see in future updates. I have no idea if this comment makes sense just some thoughts lol.
Man, I wish they would make a Gorilla tower. Almost all the other heroes have a tower or upgrade that's like them. A gorilla tower like pat fusty would be great. Maybe not the same idea as Pat but more like the beast handler. He would upgrade to different "troops" composed of different types.

Like if you merged a gyrofalcon on the right side of the map with the puokai I think (maybe) the puokai will see the range of that beast handler on the right. So you could’ve spread out your condor handlers and given the puokai a ton more range (I think) so that might be a cool thing to do for chimps + with beast handlers 👀
I mean 20 seconds in, this seems pretty easy actually. Bird Handlers are so insanely good on certain maps and this is one of them, the trip from the left part of the smile to the path to its left is so small, not to mention the right side of the smile where you can easily have the bird place bloons back in place in an instant but turn them around. Oh, and it's not reliable, but that top part lets you take them from the end to the beginning lol. This is an insanely good bird handler map. Of course, Bird Handlers will naturally handle Beginner maps easily, but The Cabin seems a lot more challenging for the birds at least. Edit: OHHH right you need Pouakai for Leads and the others don't see camo. I did a bird only challenge on Another Brick and was like "Well obviously they can handle themselves" but in that case I had a crosspathed Phoenix lol. That starting Adosaurus wasn't wasted. It could have been merged to help out a velociraptor (at the time you tried, you didn't have anything to merge it with). Not a big deal, but it could have saved a couple of thousand dollars - which in some cases can be rather helpful.

What you aren't seem to be doing with beasthandlers is spreading them out. You can reposition your beast anywhere in the range of any of the merged handlers. You could have followed the bad around way more for example.
Because the mortar can be kind of switched off when it’s not needed by aiming it on itself or anywhere that isn’t on the track and he didn’t want something that constantly attacks every round to be more fair
I hate the bird with a burning passion, for the price you pay he's absolutely awful. Like you said it's worth more than a sky shredder but does half the job..it's entire purpose could be taken by a single village next to a Velociraptor. In my experience that hasn’t been an issue but I guess with only beast handlers there’s less cleanup of faster smaller bloons so I can see the logic

That would add an immense amount of complexity for players to learn. I don't think any game like bloons would ever consider doing this.
