yet, despite Ponzi's failure, he did teach one thing to his successors who did the same thing: get the cash and run before people catch on. a lesson he failed to learn from his former banker boss
Nice of you to cover SBF's extended family
This guys italian, not Jewish
Imagine scamming people so hard that the entire scam is named after you because of their PTSD- the world still hasnt forgotten about it lol
Things i respect about ponzi : he knows what he wants in life, and he relentless at persuing it.
Things i don't like about him: for someone as relentless as him, he is godman lazy to learn or do an honest legal work that will get him what he want. That's what happnes when your goal is only the end result without any consideration to the means used.
When creativity is backed by sheer stupidity, and an infinite dose of audacity, you obtain the Ponzis
I hope after watching this that no one falls for the scambots talking to themselves in the comments about how they supposedly made insane money lol
oh my god and then a scambot replies to me lmao off I go to report and block again, until RUclips finally bothers to get smarter about catching them 🙄🤦♀😩
I hope they do. Anyone stupid enough to fall for those things deserves what they get. It's like a fiscal Darwin Award.
He never gave up until he won and then lost it all
He was persistent that’s for sure lol
Honestly I gotta say you explained the scheme really well which I'm really glad about
❤5th 🎉mrg
90 seconds in and frankly I'm surprised the absolutely over-the-top editing wasn't leading to a punchline. It's genuinely how the video is done.
Bro grinded like his life depended on it, till it did
They should make a top tier film about this man.
Don't know which actor would portray him accurately
would really be top tier movie material, like catch me if you can
A young Leonardo DiCaprio would’ve been so clutch
Another banger!!! You inspire me to do better with content!!!
Whoever is greedy for unjust gain troubles his own household,
but he who hates bribes will live
This is a perfect example of how greed can dip the blood off your arteries and veins.
All legitimately successful and rich people are so, because they learnt to manage their greed and fear.
It's a lesson that one must learn.
it’s wild bc it seems like if he was more flexible to pivoting and a bit more self confident he could have been a legitimate businessman
Is this whole video edited in After Effects? Absolutely insane work, if not some of the best on the entire platform.
This story just shows how important honesty is in business
I have to say these little documentaries are so well done I had to subscribe immediately. Thank you.
Give the man his dues. He built the framework for our social security system.
You put so much effort on a video. Hats off man 😇
You'd think after like the 6th time he got arrested for scamming people he would at least come up with less illegal ways to scam people.
30 years old and I never knew this was named after an actual person 😂😂😂
17:44 "5 years in federal prison, a relatively small amount given the huge amount of money stolen and the vast amount of lives ruined"
So nothing has changed 🙄
This was suppose to be a bad story of Ponzi, but rather,I feel motivated by it.
Ponzi just keep coming up with new ideas, that’s outstanding for me.
Yeah! I mean he wasnt the angel we hoped for but damn gotta respect the dedication
Very interesting and fascinating story, there should be a movie about him! Can’t believe there hasn’t been one yet.
Thanks
Bro didn't even get a heart😢
0:34 untold truth? You sure about that??
yes.
I'm glad you specified "Financial Idiot". To fool thousands of people out their hard earned money take quite an amount of intelligence.
Thanks for explaining what Ponzi Scheme means. So many years, the news media keep talking about Ponzi Scheme but never explained why what or how.. now I know. Also JLow is a Malaysian. Still on the lose ..
Jho Low was Malaysian Chinese
your editing is just epic, just 'wow' i always learn something new from every video!!
The concept of Secret Pathway To Triumph blew my mind. It’s like finding a cheat code for financial abundance.
Dude. I cannot keep up with this video animations. SO MUCH ANIMATIONS!!
The production of these videos is top notch 👏🏼.
Of course plus a great content
hey man, i thought i'd say this cuz nobody else wants to, but your editing is fucking amazing and you deserve every single cent you earn, i can tell you put your life and soul into this and all your other videos as well, subscribed!
This a true hustler bro just thought since he get them all gone they gon have to make more
With a name like Ponzi people should have seen it coming
The name was just a normal name at the time hahaha
instructions unclear: "I am now in federal prison for 93 years and in complete isolation"
Omg, the TikTok editing of something new every other second, the fast failed narrating , and the "made for TV" chaptering are a horrible mix of contradicting styles.
Nice well rounded story though
Your story telling is great. You earned yourself another subscriber.
