This video is about the new CDL skills test that has been implemented into the Commercial Driver Licenses test here in the USA. I will be using my game that I created to demonstrate how it works, it's called My US Trucking Skills, and you can get it on your phone for free or for the PC at mytruckinggames.com. You will be able to practice the test there with lots of different trailer sizes, from a 53-foot trailer with a sleeper truck to a 28-foot trailer pup with a day cab truck. It may not be the real thing, but it will get you used to what you will do in the real test. I have added a simpler test to start and it gets hard as you go up through the levels

This Trucking Game may not be a view from inside the cab, but it's the most realistic physics that a truck makes where you get to understand how to truck operates in reverse. American Truck Simulator (ATS)and European Trucking Simulator 2 (ETS2) are the best trucking games that you get, and I recommend that you play them, but my game is created for people to just get used to reversing a trailer.
I have heard from so many users that truck schools across the country use my game and use my videos to show their students how to back up.

I absolutely love using this app i feel like it has helped with getting a better understanding of how much to turn my wheel how long and in which direction. And the test itself is exactly how the dmv in California is testing except for the reverse offset we are allowed 2 pull-ups after that it gets marked as a pull-up in the app you allow 5 other than that yes it’s exactly as the real test very helpful. Illinois switches in June. It's my understanding that when testing you will have 8 minutes to complete each backing maneuver.
My state (California) switched over back in July.
Missouri has started using this test as well. I was extremely confused when I drove past the new course

New CDL tests, in 53ft, lvl 5 has no instructions whatsoever, had to find this video.
On phone, forward and rear speeds are way faster than on the video and can't be adjusted since we have to release the speed buttons which in turn creates an automatic fail.
Please, add the option to have a slider for rear /forward and one for direction instead of the current on/off buttons.
It's the same instructions as the first ones, I just don't want to unnecessarily show the instructions when you already know what to do.

In the app the truck keeps stopping on its own every few feet if I'm also touching the steering wheel
I’m a somewhat injured trucker stuck at home for awhile longer, will my iracing wheel work or does it need to be a specific setup? It would be fun to try Thanks I’ve learned a lot from you.
