Great question. It's good to talk about receiving your dreams if you really trust that they are on the way and you are not rattled if others seem doubtful, in fact it is good influence others to know that their dreams are on the way and feeling good lets them manifest. Remember you not trying to manifest, manifestation is effortless, your whole life right now and always is the manifestation of your energy, all of it. What you are doing is making sure you are broadcasting high vibration energy to the law of attraction so it returns to you the details of the path to what you want, it takes care of the manifesting, you take care of the your energy. So if you feel good about talking about your dreams, talk away, that is the energy that is part of your daily vibrational output and remember, all matters of your day, they must be feel good, you have to have that steady stream of good feeling momentum to receive the path, and it's effortless, not trying at all.
Regarding this topic, my own understanding is the following: If we take "forced" action while our subconscious beliefs are negative, we will not get the results we are looking for, and if for whatever reason we get them, they will not be very impressive and of course they won't last. But, if on the other hand, we take inspired action (once our subconscious beliefs have been succesfully replaced from negative to positive) "guided" by our subconscious mind and while we are in a good vibration, we will naturally and effortlessly get long-lasting impressive results in whatever area of our life we want to improve.
Just remember both your present moment conscious mind and the beliefs of your subconscious are both broadcasting to the law of attraction, so it is entirely possibly to receive inspiration to act (that good feeling action) even though a faulty belief is active. The reason is, is that the conscious mind can override the vibration of the subconscious and so the law of attraction will respond to what is dominant. The conscious mind is our ultimate power having domain over the subconscious if we know how to use our conscious mind effectively, if not then the subconscious will win out. The fact is, the way we reprogram our subconscious is when those beliefs attempt to steer our thoughts (negative) but we override those thoughts in the present moment. If we are doing this then we can be in a steady stream of high vibration energy and at the same time displacing those faulty beliefs, and this is the kind of mastery we want to achieve with our conscious mind. We do not have to have full displacement of a faulty belief before we can begin receiving inspired action for different manifestations, but we do have to be able to deactivate any negative feeling thought (from the faulty belief in the subconscious) in the moment, using our conscious mind to support different manifestations. What happens as we totally displace the faulty beliefs in this way, is that there simply is no opposition anymore to the desire and it's an easier flow (nothing more to override).
Brian, I've been long watching your videos, and they are truly helping me! In this case, I have a little question- just about the gym example. You said that working out to obtain an image is low vibration, as it comes from a place of lack. If someone is in such position, how can he or she turn into an higher, positive perspective?
You got to understand your value, importance and magnificence as a human being, your inherent beingness is worthy and deserving and the universe wants to see you have all you want and keep asking for more, this is the fundamental impulse of the universe. You got to get up and look in the mirror and realize this, how wonderful, unique, special and important you are, we all are. When you are not expressing your gifts and talents and your passions, not only do you miss out on that high vibration but we all do because you have something that makes the human race whole, we all do. I work a lot but it's because I simply enjoy it, I have no objective other than it feels good, it puts both my mind and body in such a nice feeling place. So that is all high vibe. We want to be shape in your mind and then do the things that feel good to us. If working is a way to feel good about yourself it's good as long as you are doing the inside work too but if you just approach it as an outside job it's not likely to take hold. It's kind of like diets, people go on diets for their whole life trying to use food to keep the balance but if they would get the inside balanced they could eat anything. We got to get the inside back in order and then the outside will fall into place. Basically we want to get back to feeling unconditionally good about our self and everything because we know who we are and why we came here, our inherent goodness. If you don't have my book The Book of Life it really does give you so much insight and accurate information about yourself and life that starts you feeling better about yourself and then of course you can build on that with the self dialogues I have in the book. We just got to start telling a new story about our self, the accurate one and even at first it may not seem real, but with repetition it will sink in because as source we know it is who we are.

It can be more helpful to think about them as separate, although we could lump all things as non-physical as subconscious, but I have found if we talk about our Inner Being as the part of us that listens to our requests and creates them vibrationally and guides us to them via emotions, and then our subconscious mind stores our beliefs, that can be helpful to compartmentalizing the displacement of faulty beliefs which is very important if we are to receive the manifestation we want. Our present moment conscious mind is what we use to reprogram our beliefs.
This came just in time. First be, have and then do. I have been confused about the do part. If I am and already have then wouldn’t doing prove to myself that I do not have? I was trying to understand how do I do things in a way that doesn’t feel like I am forcing things. I asked myself should I make plans, should I just not think about the actions needed to reach my goal and just do?
That's very good, understand your being first and always, and that allows you to feel very good and then realize you have everything (vibrationally first) and you will feel very good, and than stir in feel good about your current life, the positive aspects, what you appreciate etc. and then your action is going to feel more inspired, more easy flowing, less forced. You always know if an action is from joy, fun, interest or I should do it, forced, make it happen. Let that be your guide for action.

I have a few blocks i would be greatful 🙏 if you can help me clear them : - 1) when it comes to big stuff , i have a block that it will take lot of time , effort and resources how to deal with that 2) what to do when I see someone who has everything and I feel jealous of them , one guy I know belongs to a political family and enjoys big level of money , power and influence from the virtue of his birth, he doesn't has to worry about the money and menial things that I have to work hard on , i mean even I want to enjoy my youth and have opulence that he's having, how to deal with thiis jealousy

Great question. First thing, make sure you have a solid sense of self worth, self respect and self acceptance. If you do not, these things definitely affect your appearance. Getting these things back into alignment all by themselves will cause a change in your body weight and overall well being. Apart from that, do what you here in these videos which is to work on feeling good about every thought in your day, Thoughts about the past, present and perceived future, make it all good feeling and what ever desires you have, you will be on the path to receiving them. Your Inner Being can orchestrate all details for you to receive anything you want, but your part, you got to be high vibe and that simply means the good feeling thought stream through your day. It's really so much easier than what most think to receive the experiences / things you want. And just to be clear, if you are going to go to the gym, only do that if you can find a way to emotionally feel good about it, otherwise the negative energy about it will block you from receiving what you want.
