  • It’s not clickbait; both this Turkey SMASH burger and fries meal come in at under 500 calories! It can be hard enough to create a macro-friendly burger, let alone have an entire meal that’s easy to make and fits that bill.     99/1 Lean Ground Turkey SMASH Burger
    Macros for each Burger:
    377 Cals, 30g Carbs, 7g Fat, 48g Protein!
    *Added 1g Fat per burger for the cooking spray
    Ingredients (makes 3 Burgers):
    16oz 99/1 Lean Ground Turkey
    60g Roasted Red Peppers (I used jarred ones from store)
    Fresh Chopped Parsley & Cilantro
    Fresh Chopped Green Onion
    Sea Salt
    15g Panko Bread Crumbs
    *Used a regular Brioche Bun which was 150 cals, 30g Carbs, 3g Fat, 5g Protein
    Crispy Purple Sweet Potato Fries
    Macros for the 1/4 the Batch:
    173 Cals, 40g Carbs, 1g Fat, 2g Protein
    *Added 1g Fat for each serving from the butter spray
    Ingredients:
    1 Large Purple Sweet Potato (about 500g)
    Non Stick Butter Spray
    Sea Salt

    WOW, this is FIRE!! I was skeptical with the lean turkey as its always been dry when I cook it but this was moist which I thought I would never say about lean turkey!! The ingredients were a perfect blend and I didn't need any sauce like you said. Again all I can say is WOW. Nice work on this one and I'm def gonna be making this every week. Keep up the great work!

    Been eating breakfast tacos this whole week , using LA Bandetita carb counter snack size tortillas. I fill them with eggs, 0 fat egg substitute, 0 fat refried beans, reduced fat fiesta blend cheese, turkey bacon and typed of with restaurant style salsa 🤤😋

    Zack your back? This gave me an idea for a turkey SMASH burger & sweet potato fries! Dy-no-mite as JJ would say. My go to Anabolic meal is the Air Fryee Mini Pizzas! So easy & quick to make. Your non-pre-workout I want to try. See if it's really good. I have to watch the blood pressure. Ty bro.

    One of these days I gotta get a proper burger press and spatula. Made smash burgers with 93/7 and Martin's potato buns, comfort food. With the temperature dropping, I've been making ground chicken/turkey pumpkin and white bean chili and jts awesome.

    For dinner I am loving the good old beef burger and fries, or chicken sandwiches and fries. Lunch for the past couple weeks has been crunch-wraps using boars head deli turkey or ham. Absolutely killer recipe btw!

    Made some 99/1 turkey burgers the other day and it was so dry definitely going give this a try.
    Been seriously digging some French Toast and some basic oatmeal mixed with whey+casien blend protien powders!
    Definitely need to check out some of your products! Want to get some new protien powder and going try out some of those cookie butters! Awesome video man loved it.
    Also saw some 140 calorie whole wheat brioche buns at Walmart in their bakery. If you care to cut those calories a little more.

    Any suggestions if you wanted to make a large number of them for a party? Would doing it on a sheet tray kind of one that's raised up that has like a grill marks on it but has a little well around the edging to allow drippings to fall off would you say anything like that would be good to use if you wanted to make it as a large sheet tray type and make a whole lot of them maybe putting them on like slider size buns?

      That could work but I can say for certain. The grill tends to be a cheat code as well for making great burgers just because of how the heat is dispersed. I’d say just play around with cook times with a 1 or 2 and then you can use that as your gauge for all of them. Hope that helps
