Did you: 1. Unplug the console from your pc and turn it off. 2. (Do both of these at the same time.) Turn the power button on and hold the reset button as you’re plugging it in. 3. Wait for the green light to show up, confirming that your system is connected correctly. ?

Ironically Neo Geo was neglected in this video :( - At least I figured it out with the PS1 mini.
I described how to find what bios are needed for systems not specified in the video by following KMFD's guide in the KMFD BIOS tab in hakchi.
