AWESOME!!! I asked for this and here it is... Thanks MFJJ!!!! My first bow was a Bear Divergent EKO that I still shoot and love. I built a V3X 33 over the last year (love that bow) and it's my main squeeze but I just got a chance to shoot the Execute 32 last week and if the V3X/Phase 4 bows weren't an option for me I'd take the BEAR over any of the multitude of other bows I've shot in the last 2 years. FWIW I've shot all the big names all across the price spectrum, flagship to "budget", 2022 and 2023 models, and I like the BEAR's more then everything but the Mathews bows V3X/Phase 4's.
I recently bought the bear vast rth package. I also have the bear whitetail 2 I'm upgrading somewhat to better sight and rest. Thanks for a lot of archery information.
I was going to say this is there premier bow. And I got the bear divergent and it was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Shoot a Mathews you will love archery a lot more
@@jordanhinchman4445 yeah but most shops around me give away bears lol. Got a bear inception for 200$ when it was selling for 900$. Traded in a species.
hi Good reviews Thank You would you please add one more test to your tests on all future bow tests A longer distance hold on target test at sayt 30 meters as its an important aspect to test so that one knows how well it holds on target and what type of pin float ican be expected thank you
@@BOOMER-rs5qn give it a shot man, id say its worth it. It has plenty of let off options. Theres some slight hand shock in it but with some stabilization, that should clear up.
Hoyt ventum pro 33. Limb bolts are maxed out at 70lb. How much draw weight increase with twists can I get away with before I have to buy the 80 lb. Limbs?
Seen a reputable guy get twisting and scaled in the neighborhood of 90lb... but why... is another 25fps worth the explosion of parts and cables in your face? Or the months of rehab when your 400spine hippo killer buckles and sends a carbon fiber palm tree out your knuckles...
Hey MFJJ I would like to see you do a complete build and set up and tune and shoot on a bear Alaskan with your honest opinion on how you think the is for the money and set up and tune to shooting especially coming from a man with your expertise and knowledge and experience in the business of archery it would be really appreciated
What I’ve not liked about the new Bear bows is the ‘jitter’ they get when you hit the back wall. Most bows have it but Bear’s is especially bad. They whole thing flops around in your hand when you roll over into the wall.
I've been shooting a bear species for the past few years and it's an absolute power house and extremely enjoyable to shoot, it a RTH and very affordable.
Glad to see a bear bow review! Awesome and much appreciated!
I appreciate you reviewing the Bear. I’ve never found very high quality reviews for the bears.

Bear has really come a long way.
Right. These newer Bear bows are looking sweet.

Finally a bow that’s not automatically $1000. Review more Bears please.
This bow is $1199

If you can get your hands on one check out the bear Alaskan. Absolutely phenomenal for the price. For sure a Diamond in the Rough.
I shoot the whitetail legend pro shoots better than my v3x29
I wish I knew how other bows feel because I own an alaskan and it's my first bow. It is an incredible bow for the money.
Great to see a bear in the cave.
Would be cool to see a line up of RTH bows and see what one stands above the rest / Bear/PSE/Hoyt/Elite
Nice review. One question. After making draw weight adjustments is it necessary to check tiller measurements for tuning?
Tiller measurements on compound bow? No you only make sure you rotate the both bolts exactly same amount.
Love these videos and getting into some of the more affordable bows. Would love an Athens archery review

Just got this bow in my shop the other day and its not half bad. Bear has done well in my opinion.
How does it compare in price to the big name flagships?
@@BOOMER-rs5qn its around the same price. Ours is listed for 1200 i believe. VTM and phase 4 are around 1250 to 1300.
@@TronimusPrime Thank you. I'll have to see if my local (1 hour away) shop carries them.

I was beginning to think ya'll didn't like Bear Archery.
Bear or mission what are your pro and con for each? Which is better and why. We are just getting started. Thank you
OMG a non Mathew’s review I can’t believe it

That's a really impressive bow I like that bow

I'd like to see what you think about the new generation of entry level bows like the Adapt.
I sure am hoping bear doesn’t drop a 34in ata bow this fall or it will cost me some $$$ and maybe a divorce 😂
I heard Bear got a few ex elite engineers to build there new line up.
What brands are coming around on shipping a bow? This is great info

Nice bow Josh
MFJJ, can you do a review of the PSE Omen?
PSE website says they are producing this with the EC2 cam. I have not seen any reviews with this setup.
Great content as always
Pretty impressive
Great content 👌
Are there any single cam bows out there that you would recommend?
I've been shooting a bear species for the past few years and it's an absolute power house and extremely enjoyable to shoot, it a RTH and very affordable.
I love my Refine EKO
👍
Always liked bear since shooting my dad's as a kid and just learning the history of the company and Fred bear himself
Why do you have a black eye in your thumbnail to this video??
Never would I ever shoot a bear. Hoyt, Mathews, PSE or bust
U need to try. I have a Refine EKO totally impressed
@@dougking5703 if it's not the best it's not worth my money, I'm competing, Bear isn't anywhere near the best.
@live4bass you haven't tried one. I promise you a Bear Refine EKO will perform just as well as a Mathews Phase 4. Very accurate bow!
Hoyt is clunky pos, pse are known for limb issues, and mathews are over hype and over priced and the balance is piss poor.
@@richardyoung6244 pse doesn't have limb issues
Athens Elevate!
FINALLY!!!!
this last chance archery device to measure draw weight is not the most accurate. When you were showing 72 pounds. It's probably around 70 pounds.
Finally
I miss the dual string stops. It made Bear bows stand out from the others.
still shoot my TRAXX
You can diy dual string stops up to the Refine. They didn't drill and tap top hole on the Executes.
U would not use this bow u liar
👍
