    Just a thought ….if you are “always an emotional eater” how are you going to be anything else? Try “I used to be driven by my emotions but am controlling those urges everyday.” I may “occasionally” fall into old patterns of thought but it is less and less everyday”. That way you make progress. I can FLAT out guarantee that you are no longer the person you were but the person you are today. Stronger focused and determined to succeed.

    Looks good , I'm just not a fan of all those sweetners. They tend to increase your cravings for sweets . Do you ever just eat real fruit as a snack? Are you counting carbs daily, tracking etc?

      I watched several times, and it looks like 1/2 tsp of xantham gum and 2/3 c of Choc. Chips (same as it would have been for pecans) Hope this helps.

    I have never seen pumpkin in a can. I have always bought pumpkin from the green grocer. I guess I should just steam it ? It will be quite watery though, how on earth do they make it thick like that canned pumpkin you have. 🇦🇺

      You need to make sure it's pure pumpkin and not pumpkin pie filling . They are on shelves together

      I've boiled chunks of pumpkin on stove until soft and then drained peeled and mashed them kinda like potatoes and then slowly continued to cook until the water evaporated and end result was thicker. Its a bigger process than just buying it in the can at the store for sure.

      I bake the pumpkin, scrape it out of the skin, squeeze it in a tea towel, and put it in the blender. It's not as wet as boiled pumpkin, but it's a bit more moist than the canned stuff.
