I am so inspired by your video & am going to give that technique a go. I'm also so so blessed by your prayer; the word you gave really hit home. Thank you, with Aroha 💕 & blessings!
Good to know they work together, cheers. Also it's curing not drying hen. Two very different things, even if they look the same 😊 Think every resin user is paranoid about bubbles 😅 Looks great.
Love this! Will definitely be trying out something like this. I never even thought about using a paint brush to put the color where I want it, AND MAKE IT THIN! Mercy Me! I am learning so much from you! As always, I LOVE the prayer! It's time for me to check out your bead collection agaun...🤭🤔😂
Oh that makes me so happy to hear that I was able to teach something new. So many times I am like “is this info so obvious that it is irrelevant?” So I am happy to hear this gave you new tools in your tool belt. ❤️ Awww 🥰 that warms my heart more than anything is you enjoying the prayer. Love you sweet lady.
Love this! Very nice! I am new to resin, though. Why use uv resin and then finish it off with epoxy resin? Is there a benefit? Or could you just finish with all uv resin? I will be watching more of you videos including your adjustable necklace, cord or whatever it is called. Also, of course, I subscribed to your channel!
Thank you for the fantastic tutorial. I was searching to see if I could attach uv to epoxy, and you came up; wonderful coincidence ((Godinstance) Amen.
As always a fun and informative. I was wondering if you might do a video or give me some advice on how to store your finished pieces until they sell. I stored some in a plastic bag and when I opened it they had a really strong resin smell.
So I would leave those pieces out in the open until the smell went away completely then I would store them. Eventually the smell should wear off. If it is not I Would get a different brand of resin. There was one brand I used that took days if not a week for the smell to go away. I never used their resin again. . So don’t store until the smell is all gone. Does that help at all?!?
@@DezyJewelry Thank you so much. This helps me a lot. I use JDiction UV resin and Texpert resin. I'd let the piece cure for about 3 weeks and then put them all, UV resin and regular resin, into a plastic container with a lid and when I opened it a bout a month later they smelled so bad. I couldn't tell if it was the regular resin pieces or the UV ones that were stinking. I live in Southeast Texas and the weather has been nuts here cold, really humid and the hot all in the same day at times. They were stored outside in my workroom, so I'm wondering if that has something to do with the smell? I'm very sensitive to smells and wear a Respirator when working with any kind of resin or other smelly crafts. I've been a little worried about storing them in my home after I opened the container and smelt them. I'll give this a try for sure. Again thank you for your help :)
Oh yes I wear a respirator as well Resin is such a bad chemical that I believe everyone working with it should wear one. Let me know if it’s works. I am curious to see!!!
A friend that wanted to put her Father Ash in an UV resin using a Silicone Cross , would that be ok, just starting to get in this Type of jewelry makey , please let me know what to tell her, thanks, Love your Channel !
Hello hello, Just to clarify are you talking about a silicone cross mold? If you are talking about a mold that should work. Or in a bezel that should work as well. Let me know if that Is what you meant.
@@DezyJewelry yes it a Mold she wants to use, she try a little bit of the ash , but can't really see it cause it mix in white an it in a small round Pendant ,not to sure if she just want to use some of her Father ash in the mold,
I wouldn’t mix in the white if she wants to see the ashes better. I would just do the clear resin. But if she just wants the ashes and does not care if she see it, in what she is creating then add whatever color she wants. Does that make sense? If you look at my Shorts you will see a fast forward of me doing the pendant with the ashes.
@@DezyJewelry I am looking for a new Church home and I have been praying to God to guide me to where I belong. Please 🙏 that he helps soon. My husband is very ill and is not saved and our last pastor didn’t have time to visit him.

UV is much more expensive than epoxy. So if you are doing big projects or large quantities projects it is nice to save on money.
Love your energy
