Citrus degreaser isn't really "healthier". Every product in the market has a laundry list of warnings on the back label. Some of them even tell you not to handle it with bare hands like you did in this video.
It will be too thick and your bearings will pick up loads of dirt and start running badly very quickly. I've used clipper oil and bicycle chain lube before and people online say sewing machine oil works too. But you're probably just as likely to have bearing lube lying around than clipper oil or sewing machine oil lol.
@@RoryMag thanks for the tip and yes I used cisco and it did in fact bring a lot of dirt luckily my bearings are still okay lol I've switched to joint machine oil which was thinner and so far is pretty good

Personally, I don’t really give a crap if it’s healthier or not. I just wanna know what’s the safest for my bearings. Alcohol? Degreaser?
