15:08 - I counted 21 Marine/Medics in that ONE Plague! Immediately ambushed and massacred in full retreat by a ball of Mutas. One of the best Plague then attack plays I've ever seen. Well-played standard game from Larva using Plague and Dark Swarm with marauding Ling/Ultras and good Macro. Scan just couldn't stop it.

24:00 - 2 bunkers vs 24 lings - bunkers die, lings die, all marines survive. 200 minerals lost for T, 600 minerals lost for Z.
Of course the bunkers are helpless against spellcasters or a well planned assault, but are usually a cost effective force-multiplier nonetheless.

I am looking up that one Scan v. Shuttle game from a few years ago, hope it is still in your library. Even you seemed amazed at the game at the time, Falcon, but it truly was EPIC.I think Shuttle or Scan, one of them, chased the other for over an HOUR allllll the way around the map, battles constant and all over the place, more than scrappy ones too. Heard your opinion on Scan here, and confess to only starting THIS matchup in watching right now, about to resume. Still think he is at least above average perhaps, based on past matches. I could be wrong, of COURSE. That particular match was just awesome, lol, will look it up if I can again soon. Thanks as always for these.

The naked battlecruisers get killed so fast, they would be so much more effective if they had support units to stave off the scourge!

and you are right about elite players, Falcon. Speaking during Scan being harassed by Larva's Mutas. The reason I bring up harass often is because in the hands of a skilled player, yes, it can actually do considerable damage and cause damaging delays if executed in full. You can hit the enemy in MULTIPLE areas, same like with air, forcing responses in many cases and troop relocating. It's all a maddening, constant irritation, and key units and critical infrastructure, early on, can be damaged or destroyed. Might sometimes be BETTER, to MAINTAIN the harass for a slightly longer run. In fact.....keep it up in intervals in different areas esp. the vulnerable the entire game! It DOES affect the odds and stats. Facts.

Why does no one ever bother getting the Medics Restore ability? I know they want to save energy for healing, but getting rid of Plauge on SVs and BCs makes them more potent and plauge nit as strong
For low-micro players (in term of pro-players and "Flash-level micro" ofcource) playing bio it already almost impossible since its very hard and requiring a ton of micro and macro same time (thats why it has like 5% winrate vs even mid-skill Zergs if you are not a "Flash-level" player), and Restore every single target for like 5-6 SVs manually is even more micro spend, and you even without that already have not enouch micro speed for all those units of bio and for macro at the same time, and you will need to do that (Restoration) like every 1-2 minutes
And yes, also every Restoration is 50 energy (if i remembered right) - you exchange 50 energy (wich will regenerate 50 in-game seconds, medics and marines usually even dont live so long in close fight) into single target Restore vs free-energy constant (with consume) aoe spell, even if it will hit only 3 SVs - its already dont worth it in energy cost, and if it will hit only 1 - its acceptable lose

Valkyries, firebats, Battlecrusiers?!? And Larva had some awesome plagues there. And there was that one point I so thought those 5 science vessels were dead but Scan managed to save them just in time! Cool game! I don't understand the battlecruisers though, since they're just begging for plague & scourge, as seen in this game. They're so slow...
The BCs are basically there to absorb scourge in a game like this. Zero reason to make them and send them alone like that otherwise.

When MIcrosoft acquires Blizz/Activision, they might have interest in making a StarCraft 3. So maybe!
@@FalconPaladinReally recomending not to give a big hope to it, just because bone of old-Blizz developers team are already fired or left company by their own will - its any way already completly different company in current view, and chances that they will make some brand NEW product but same good and quality as SC1/BroodWar, Diablo1/2, Warcraft 2 - same high as chances that any other dev team (including new indi studious) will make it from zero by their own
Even if they will tasked to do so ofcource, which alone already is more likely versus "company politic and current priorities")
I think about making an updated Starcraft style game. But I doubt it would take off. Shame, cause I am so let down with modern Blizzard/Activision. Plus many other woke game platforms. Yep it does take me back. But yeah, would love a modern not ruined Starcraft.

Nah, just another example of "you will have 5% winrate with bio strategy (1% with BCs in the mix), if you are not Flash-level player yourself and game already passed 10 minute mark (Zerg already have defiler and ultras tech and 4-5+ bases for macro swarming"))
Like really - "you went into bio without any tank support, you didnt win in first 10 minute - you can just "gg out", same result, 99 of time, especially if you lower tier Terran player (not Flash/JvJ/Light etc)"
