It's a head scratcher for sure... Sorcs (mostly mag) need more defense/tankiness, so ZOS buffed their damage. Templars need more damage, so ZOS buffed their defense/tankiness. Nightblades have insane single target damage, so ZOS buffed that a bit. DKs are an unstoppable fortress of pain, they pump out damage AND cannot be killed, so ZOS did nothing.
But warden can't have an on-demand stun smh. Warden has all their immobilize options removed, but dragon talons are fine. Just an immobilize with insane damage. Damn they're idiots.

As he mentioned, NB could use a buff to cleave damage. I’ve never felt like my NB fell behind in single target in PvP or pve, though. My Templar damage feels weak, without building in damage outside of class toolkit. Weird buffs all around. Devs clearly are out of touch with PvP.
I've played a few MMOs where player abilities have different functions/interactions in PvE settings and PvP settings... why is it so hard for ZOS to just do something similar and stop messing things up for both sides when they decide to nerf or buff something with 1 particular side in mind..
The Nightblade change I guess mitigates the predictability of burst combo(?) larger window to drop spectral bow after incap etc. but yeah not really necessary..
Potl doesn’t need to hit for 20k like it did but 6k crits ain’t it either. It doesn’t do terrible damage in pve so I really think it’s just a scaling issue on that end. Jabs would most likely need a solid 10% buff at least which could be an issue in pve but the damage as is now is not enough, even if everyone drops maras
Not to mention Templar already has a source of major resolve, and a long lasting one at that. Maybe if it granted major protection instead of major resolve it would be better. Even tho the class needs dmg rn not more tankiness like u said
I think you sum up what a lot of PvPers think about these patch notes and the last couple of patch notes honestly. No regard for PvP whatsoever and Nightblades are continually buffed as a certain dev mains one. Its like the listen to feedback and go the complete opposite way 'Templars need more damage' ZOS gives them more defence, 'Necromancers' wraith heal needs to be toned down slightly' ZOS reduces the healing by 80%. It just makes you wonder why they even have the forums and the pts if they never listen to any of the player feedback from there.
Could t agree more with you. They also need to fix CC immunity and extend hard and soft CC immunity by 2 seconds. People would like to actually play the game instead of being CC constantly. The whole game is on a downhill slope with this combat team. Has been for years now and it’s infuriating

The only class heal that ticks every half a second. Sit inside living dark with hist sap, resolving vigor, clicking honor of the dead’s and your already in god mode. We need more than 5% dmg. Jabs/Sweeps NEED to be tuned up a bit
Templar needs to be made to have more damage they can make it tanky so we can build for more damage but I run2 damage sets and it's still not enough sometimes
They don’t care so once you accept this you will have peace. As for PVP having run into Gilliam, Brian, and Rich in pvp over the past 9 years. Spending time in blue screen is not going to help you understand pvp at all.
Sad part is, corrosive is the least broken abilities of DK. That’s how strong and broke all their abilities are. Whip, claws, leap, coag, etc.. such a broken op class. Would love to see it get nerfed to the ground

Sorc just need there cast time on the dark deal an it will be pretty sweet like look at dk/tampler/warden heals are crazy.
DK got nerfed bc everyone else got 2 meters on all melee. It’s a bigger dealer than anyone is realizing

0 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 blocks, 0 steals, 28 minutes
What would a good change be for damage? Fix PotL and then buff Jabs by 20% or something.

Nerf streak, nerf frags more, nerf curse, nerf pulse, nerf reach.. spec bow is fine.. magsorc is the most powerful class in the game by miles

Templar isn't strong . Squishy and hits like a wet noodle . Needs lots of work and beam ain't all that lucky to kill nightblades in this tank meta

Nb needs its stealth back. Gets killed by any DoT or ground base dmg. Cant get thru counter siege to bomb anymore
