I learned to fly off this 2 months ago. She is quite aerobatic as well. Many of the local club members are amazed that this trainer is so aerobatic. Highly recommended for all beginners & experts. She is very fun to fly!

You are right when you said that this was your best trainer plane ever!...I bought one just for fun, and it had become my go to plane on extremely windy days! This little thing can take winds that not even my gliders take. Last time I flew this little plane on 25mph gusting 40mph winds and it flew like a dream. Nobody else at the club even tried to fly that day but me!... It was an awesome day at the field!... I highly recommend this little plane for everyone, beginners, intermediate, or experienced pilots... You'll like it...

Great review.. I'm pretty new to RC flying.and have really enjoyed my experiences so far with a couple of small trainer planes.. but I'm now ready to Go for something bigger. horizon hobbies seems to be the best brand around. and the aeroscout 1.1m looks like it will be a great choice for my step up in the world of RC flying.. I Will definitely stick with H.H as I progress.. and a massive 👍👍👍 to Brian Philips.. kind regards Dave...

It's one tough bird, easy to repair and easy to fly in all weather conditions!

Please help. I just got a aeroscout s1 RTF and in beginner mode i have full rudder throw. in intermediate i have half rudder throw. Is this correct ?
RC Repairs yes that is correct.
@@mmmasterscross7915 thank you. I am newb and wanted to make sure before my first flight. one would think in beginner you would have less rudder and gradually get more as you click up thru the modes. Thanks
I love my Aero Scout.
I'm thinking about getting this to teach my wife. I recently got an old Sig Kadet LT40 to teach her but I was thinking the SAFE my be a better route for the first several flights.
I would recommend this craft above most every other craft on the market. The reason?, This is a perfect beginner craft as it is a trike style, meaning the landing gear will take the hard landings instead of the fuselage. It is a pusher with the motor up high so you will not hit the prop on landings. It is a high wing, this means it naturally wants to fly level. Best of all it has safe that holds your hand as you learn and will let go when you think your ready, with a push of a button it's there to catch you before you fall.
even if your skilled with fixed wing or multi-rotors, this is a great choice as you can cut up with it too.

this is my favorite plane it has a minor flaw, the stock prop is lack in torque cause delay on take off so i replace the prop to a bullnose 3 blade 6X4.5 by Master Airscrew.
I have one, it is fantastic and fun. I have set mine up to fly FPV.
Mark Kenney how much does it cost to add fpv? I just bought the aero scout and im just waiting for it to get delivered. Also where did you buy the fpv and what brand?
Right now I am using the ZOHD AIO camera and VTX. I got it from GetFpv for about $40.00. I am about to install a RunCam Split 3 HD camera, DVR, and VTX. With antenna all, about $135. The AeroScout is great to fly FPV.
Im very new at this so i dont know what this all means Lol. Why are you upgrading? Would it be worth it for me to do the $135 also?

The RunCam Split records to an on board DVR in 1080p HD as well as is a good FPV camera. The ZOHD records in lower quality analog on my goggle DVR.

Unfortunately it wasn't solid enough for a landing. We "tested" a few items... and they all punctured the surface.

Hi can i know when you guys make a new RC Boat?
I have one question on my 3 Aeroscout original plane i have, one is crashed.
PROP is threaded counterclockwise all of these.
But Proppeler rotates as it goes motor on 3 tested Aeroscout planes clockwise.
Is your props faulty you cant put them wrong.
Or is motor on the Aeroscout orginal not correct.
But all 6 props are like this 3 pusher in orginal plane and the other from your store is spooned at the other side???
In your shop Aeroscout props arrive 1 april????

The 2 shops i Sweden i bought your original props from dont help me. And I am a beginner. 😃
Just switch the plus and minus cables that are connected from the ESC to the Motor.
That reverses you motor running direction.

Spare props are the right one i will check then i come home.
The part that push air like the spoon part should, i think be in the pushing direction???
U can change direction of ur motor either CW or CCW to suit ur prop

Why is there a delay in throttle? Is there a reason for it?
Probably to prevent people who are brand new to planes putting it from 0 straight to 100 instantly all the time since that’s not the best for the plane. Although if you are more experienced it can take away some flight abilities.
Not exactly sure if this is why, just my guess.
In my option ITS THE BEST ONE YOU'VE COME OUT WITH... TRAINER INVERTED FLIGHT LOOPS ROLLS THE LOT AND THE UNDERCARAGE IS TOUGH. DONE SOME MODS ON MINE BRILLIANT PLANE ON 2200lipo with gliding 20min easy

Its a high wing plane. Not meant to go crazy fast
