Have to heal gut lining first. Leaky gut and juat general gut imbalance can't get the benefits of acv and lemon as easily pee the heart burn it can cause!

This was a great recap. Love the idea of cooking pasta in bone broth. Question - did you have more protein after the dinner of pasta? I generally eat high protein but find that I am still pretty hungry especially in the afternoons. Thanks!
I do the LSF tonic, no coffee or matcha needed ;-) then I do the AG1 drink and eat porridge, sometimes I add protein powder in for extra flavor and protein boost.

Real Woman Coffee for me -one in the morning M-F and two cups on weekends. Strong, hot, and fully caffinated, please! That’s all the caffeine I have (no so-called energy drinks all day long for me) and some real 1-2% milk if available, otherwise black. Adding in all the stuff Katie does reminds me of the sweet loaded coffees at Starbucks, which I couldn’t handle at 6:00 am before my workouts (also drink 24 ounces of H2O before). I do love the rest of the recipes and have added several of her prep & food combo ideas to my daily diet.
