    Warm water with fresh lemon first thing the morning. Two hours after a protein packed breakfast along with 30 ounces of water, then 10 ounces of coffee with cinnamon. ❤ My hormones stay happy this way. Love your content, Katie! 🤗

    Hi new here
    Morning beverages:
    1. ACV with lemon cayenne pepper and honey,
    2. green juice w collagen and creatine
    3. water w slice of lemon lime and cucumber 16oz before 10am(throughout the day)
    All this before 10am

    Haven’t been getting coffee ever since I started these drinks. I also started fasting…kind of. I’ll have a protein shake or yogurt if I get hungry. Trying to lose 10lb ps in menopause

    Lemon and acv worsens my acid reflux.

      Have to heal gut lining first. Leaky gut and juat general gut imbalance can't get the benefits of acv and lemon as easily pee the heart burn it can cause!

    This was a great recap. Love the idea of cooking pasta in bone broth. Question - did you have more protein after the dinner of pasta? I generally eat high protein but find that I am still pretty hungry especially in the afternoons. Thanks!

    I do the LSF tonic, no coffee or matcha needed ;-) then I do the AG1 drink and eat porridge, sometimes I add protein powder in for extra flavor and protein boost.

    Great morning routine, I’ve been following you for years now and more recently started to get serious about maintaining a consistent morning routine and it makes such a difference in how I feel throughout the day. I use Paleo Valley organic super greens (tropical flavor) because unfortunately AG1 has ingredients derived from soy products which I avoid.

    I already drink a lot of water and a big coffee in the morning and go to the bathroom like 5 times before lunch...I do want to start drinking celery juice or green juice though. Its always better to drink that before your coffee right??

    I actually love vinegar and my gut health test says to drink away. Also, Teeccino is super tasty and tastes like coffee. All herbal. Love it with heavy whip, oat milk, cinnamon and a dab of maple syrup. ☕️

    I get up & have my 3 cups of HOT water & lemon juice. I than have an Egg & Avocado omelet packed with protein for Breakfast. For lunch I throw together a healthy salad & dinner consists of rice, beans & Avocado or a hamburger!!

    Real Woman Coffee for me -one in the morning M-F and two cups on weekends. Strong, hot, and fully caffinated, please! That’s all the caffeine I have (no so-called energy drinks all day long for me) and some real 1-2% milk if available, otherwise black. Adding in all the stuff Katie does reminds me of the sweet loaded coffees at Starbucks, which I couldn’t handle at 6:00 am before my workouts (also drink 24 ounces of H2O before). I do love the rest of the recipes and have added several of her prep & food combo ideas to my daily diet.
