Recipe:
Crunchy Tofu Katsu Curry
Ingredients:
1 block silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
salt and pepper
1/4 cup plain flour
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/3 cup water
toasted bread crumbs
Airfry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes
Japanese Curry:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion
1 carrot
2 potatoes
1 1/2 cup water
50g japanese curry roux

Taiwanese Popcorn Tofu
Ingredients:
200g silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
30g ginger
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour
1 1/2 cups sweet potato powder
Air fry at 180°C for 12 minutes (flip halfway through)
add 1 cup basil leaves
cooking spray
Spice powder:
1/2 tsp five spice powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coconut sugar

Crispy Tofu in Ginger Scallion Sauce
Ingredients:
200g silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes
4-5 stalks scallions
70g ginger
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Assemble:
brown rice
crispy tofu
ginger scallion sauce
fried shallots

Everythin looks so good! How do you do the cycles? Freeze, thaw, press and that 3 times or only the freezing and thwing 3 times?
