Damnit Schlauchi you should really add more info into the desc box. Because right now this game is a complete enigma. I have no idea what it is about besides random trivia in a game with damn good pixel art of famous people. Doc brown, Jackie chan, Alfred hitchcock, the exorcist lady, terminator. I mean WTF is this game?
@@Loader2K1 It really depends. Comiket is a prime example of corporations not caring about porn because it helps with exposure. Nintendo OTHO will not tolerate much if they catch wind of it regardless of intent. Plus, it's not like a person's likeness is copyrightable and I doubt either Christopher Lloyd or Willis would be vain enough to go ape on some literally what trivia game that's probably a deliberate parody and would lose.

Well, anyway, at least from what I've seen of media Japanese in origin (mosty anime), Hollywood-celebrity and brand-name likenesses are used openly there. I'm assuming Japan gets away with it due to being a foreign country, and I don't know if international copyright laws would apply. I do remember coming across a Capcom arcade shmup from 1990 called _Carrier Air Wing_ (known as _US Navy_ in Japan), the spiritual sequel to _UN Squadron_ , which used the likeness of the late Sean Connery, but the likeness for the game's international release was edited to try to make the character look less like him (although, in my humble opinion, I think it did the opposite).

Copyright laws in Japan seem to be a HELL of lot more lenient than they are in the United States, I guess.
