    Hi siddharth,
    I am working in mnc and mujhe abhi yaha bola hai ki next one year mera Kuch promotion nhi hone wala ( i discussed this with my manager)
    Mera current ctc hai 6.33 fixed + variable
    Maine interview diya and mera ek company se offer letter aagaya hai
    It is 9 lakhs (not mnc) and they are ready to wait for the notice period which is 3 months.
    Maine last week paper bhi daal diye.
    Maine salary negotiate try kiya 11 karne but hr was very firm ki budget nhi hai utna hi de sakte hai
    Also mera jo current company tha usme wfh tha and yaha mujhe 5 days wfo hai
    Maine sahi kiya offer leke? Ya mujhe aur thoda time lena chahiye tha?
    Also mujhe anxious feel ho rha hai ki mujhe aur offers aayenge ki nahi?
    What do you think?

      Aapke pass 3 months hai toh aap usme preparation karke multiple offers leke aa sakte ho.
      Sahi ya galat - woh har ek ke preference pe depend karta hai. Mujhe aapka decision personally toh galat nahi laga.
      Bas confidence rakho aur aapko multiple offers mil jaayege.

    From my past experience, most of the HRs(more than 95%) won't disclose the budget before asking the candidate's salary. They will manipulate the budget once we tell our current salary.

    • @SimplyAutomateWithSiddharth
      @SimplyAutomateWithSiddharth  2 месяца назад

      Yeah all the HR's won't disclose the budget but the way we ask them is important. In my experience,30% of the HR's were ready to disclose the budget and that's what we needed to understand the salary what companies are offering.

      @@SimplyAutomateWithSiddharth May I know what is the best way to ask HRs about budget so that they will reveal the exact budget ?

      You can tell this - Could you please share the salary range for this position? I want to ensure my expectations align with the company's budget, so we can move forward efficiently.
