Hi siddharth, mera ek sawaal hai ki jab hum koi opportunity search karte hai kisi job portal par to unke JD me itni saari requirements techonology batayi hoti hai ki use dekhkar us job position ko apply karne se dar lagta hai. Aise waqt kya kare? kabhi kabhi kisi job position ke requiremnets me 10 me se 2-3 hi requirement match hoti hai to aise waqt samjh nahi aata ? kabhi lagta hai ki kya yah sab technology ek sath sikhna jaruri hai? ya fir sab technology ek saath ek hi project me use hoti hai. ex. QA automation Testing with Selenium position ke JD me cypress, python,java, playwright jaisi bahit technology di rahti hai. kya aap is baare me kuch bataa sakte hai yaa fir koi video banaa taki aur candidates ko bhi es sawaal ka answer mil jaaye.

From my past experience, most of the HRs(more than 95%) won't disclose the budget before asking the candidate's salary. They will manipulate the budget once we tell our current salary.

Before QA test on their QA environment Dav has to test on each scenario. Which is called Unit testing. in my opinion Dev has more challenging job the QA as they have to be technically strong as well as ..should have functional knowledge also of the product ..each skills have their own challenges which are different from others.. but most importantly we need both together…😊

"agar aap ko challenges pasand hai toh you're welcomed in qa otherwise aap development kar sakte ho" i really dont think this needed to be said, as a qa by myself, i dont think we need to downgrade any particular domain of work to upgrade our domain of work, it kinda shows our insecurity, everyone is just a small cog in the big machie, whether it's a dev or a qa, i know his intention would definately not something like this, but when you're on a podcast where thousands of people listen to you, it's very important you CHOOSE words wisely

ISTQB recognize mostly outside of india ....

I think the question of whether one should switch to automation or not is not relevant in current job market. Because automation is no longer a choice for QA. Infact now the thing is you need to learn coding and DSA to get job in market as everyone knows basic selenium java

To be honest nowadays Interviews are turning into interrogation sessions. Interviewer expect candidate to be a PERFECT without any flaws. If candidate don't know the answer of any single question they gets rejected..

Past experience means ? Exclty How to respond that question?

Very informative and you have mentioned valid reasons which we needs to improve but i think during virtual interview do we really needs to wear formal attire? And during my recent interview interviewer didn't asked me that do you have any questions at last. It was half and hour interview and it seems he was in hurry.

Nice video Mera to recently Hexaware me interview hua mene official notice period 90 days hai bataya but its negotiable & can join in 60 days so HR ne thats fine bola and mera interview schedule kiya tha and it was good got positive respond from interviewer but abhi 3 weeks ho gaye hai koi response nahi aya unse..nahi email ka reply.

My opinion on DEV doing QA work is, they can definitely do but they will be more than exhausted and Software quality will further degrade because with irrational timelines, we are already having many issues despite having dedicated testers. Testers already have to skip many things due to timelines. I think it another wrong decision by managements to achieve cost saving. Instead of improving, they always try panic creating solutions impacting careers and deteriorating Software health. BA and DEV are options for any tester if they want to switch from testing.
