Yes but your patient is hostile and ALS is across county and PD is busy what do you do?

@@ekioka9220 a hostile patient doesn't make me confident that the scene is safe. I would try talking to the patient and let them know that I'm here to help while trying my best to do a primary assessment from a distance. But if they continue to remain hostile towards me, we'll have to back off until PD arrives. I would want to keep an eye on the patient in case their condition is severe enough that they lose consciousness or try to harm themselves or other people.

Capillary refill rate, or ask if there’s any numbness or tingling (can also be from the wound).
