Tallulah is fearless in the water! ❤ Jumping off the boat with a boogie board❤ So lovely to see you all together again! Smiles, laughter and love! Holy Moley though, the size of those gorgeous fish!!! Yay! Enjoy your family time! Sending good vibes and love!
I’m glad you guys were able to resolve the fuel issues. I wonder if they make test strips that allow you to know the quality of gas before you sail off into a bad situation. I admire the way you handle stressful situations and keep on keeping on. You are providing such a beautiful life for your daughter and she is such a happy soul! I hope the pregnancy is going well and that you are feeling fabulous!
Y'all are such an inspiration! Great job keeping it cool with engine problems, we know it can be so stressful to deal with things not working especially in areas with such limited resources. The shots of Yosh chatting while driving the motor bike were legendary! Congrats on the Mahi! So excited to see the ocean crossing!
I've been following you since the Solomon Islands. It has been great. It has now been four years since Covid hit, since you got stuck in Malaysia in early 2020. Let the new chapter begin! Best wishes
I always pour any fuel I put in the boat no matter the source through a funnel with a filter that will also take out water . Slower but safer . I also have a secondary electric pump for priming and backing up the mechanical one in the system
... we are mariners we are sailors fathers and sons brothers and the like daughters, mothers and sailors wives we’re called to the sea and the sailing life we live and love and die on the sea it’s not for all but it’s the life for me ...💫
Your content captures the thrill and challenges of boat life with authenticity and insight. Each video is a captivating journey through the waters of Indonesia, showcasing your resilience and passion for adventure. Your ability to share both the excitement of big fish catches and the realities of navigating challenges on the sea is truly inspiring. And I am Floating Village Life
You guys are so fortunate to be living this dream and life style. It is always a pleasure to visit other cultures. But to stay in the tourist bubble isn’t the same as having to locate services and conduct errands while interacting with the ways of country. Having a chore to accomplish, that is travel in this writers vision. Happy for you all.
I’m so sorry you had fuel problem. Tallula is so sweet and she is growing up so fast! We see Bonita’s work out regimen when does Yosh get his free weight time in?
That fuel issue was nuts! Poor diesel. Glad you worked thru it though. Nice fish! Lots of good eating right there! That was some lightening storm too. Glad it stayed behind you! Enjoy Padang! The adventures continue!
I have followed along on your adventures from the beginning. It’s been a great ride, one I hope to emulate one day. I look forward to seeing you guys cross oceans and grow your family. All the best Richard 🇬🇧👍🏼♥️
Had no idea where you were in relation to the equator, but it’s great to see you crossing it! I know traditions being traditions, but it is a shame to waste a perfectly good beer.😉
With my Yanmar by turning on the ignition but not engaging the starter, runs the fuel pump, and provided there is no blockage, pumps fuel through the system. After filter changes etc need to run fuel pump for a few minutes to provide fuel to everything.
Info isn’t without issues. We had no problems buying solar, my wife being Indonesian. Always add some 2 stroke oil to it to keep the injectors clean and some anti bug. Lots of other issues but no diesel bugs. Have a good trip to Mauritius.
as a first fuel, buy buy the cheapest car diesel filter, the disposable one. Buy a dozen of it and install it with easy to open clips. We sail like this. it takes 2 minutes to change the filter.
Watching some van lifers who travel the world they come across some bad fuel. Even in Italy where some cars will not run if it detects that bad fuel. The fuel companies must have to find a way to sell it. I would think home heating (Not down there) but in cold places that can burn that junk;. Thanks for sharing and good luck.
When we were cruising we always added a diesel additive and tanked into jugs let it settle and then filters thru T-shirt into tank . As we to picked up a bug once . It is a pain to clean that tank out completely .
Another brilliant vblog.. that’s quite a journey you are all venturing on! Do you think you will continue on with your crash helmet hair style or will you allow someone to.. err change lol
Yosh, would it be worth having a small air compressor on board (or borrowing one) so you could blow pressure back down the hard lines to clear any blockage? Then polish the fuel in that tank and transfer it to the other. Love your videos and your determination!
Hi guys, just simple thing you can try getting fuel to filters. If you have handheld airpump, you can pressure tank at filler cap at tank, just need to make some adaptor for times you struggle again..
Hey Yosh, can you not filter the diesel before it goes into the tank. Make like a big funnel rigged up to a big filter then into the tank. Or is that not feasible?
hope things continue to improve ya filthy mongrels :) xx Went to stay with a friend in Lombok, who's from Magnetic island. I could have come said hello but it was 3 boat rides and a lot of driving in taxis. This child is growing way to quickly we need to slow it down some how!!!! XX
I have been watching your videos for years but I have to admit that I am shocked beyond belief....a washing machine causes an engine not to start....I guess you know what needs to done.
really nice video. the 2 Mahi that were caught were nice sizes that'll give you 5 meals or there abouts.I really hope you get that fuel problem resolved, Yes Indonesia a great place to visit and in your case sail around, but they do have cheap dirty fuel gas and diesel. You figure for being a petroleum producing country their local fuel would be clean. Looking forward to next video and meeting your new crew who'll be sailing the Indian Ocean with you. heers
Be careful when buying filters, many make very cheap copies at the original price, especially THE CHINESE COUSINS, you got filters with toilet paper. P.S. I imagine what you must have cursed. 😏
You know, I was concerned about that too. I don't even know if there's mercury in all fish. One can test their level of mercury. Too much can create health issues. 🙏
That wonderful child will be surfing before we can blink. She’s the most precious thing ever.
That little gal is sure growing up. Good parenting. You guys STAY SAFE AND HAVE FUN! GOOD LUCK WITH THE FUEL PROBLEM
Great to see you guys. I always, ALWAYS look forward to your videos!

As always a fantastic video

Yosh, I loved your commentary and the video of Indonesia during your fuel run. Bonita, I'm amazed how fit you manage to stay while you are on board.
Good decent Aussie family..just doing their best..hoping it all goes well.
Well it's about to get really real capt! Be safe and happy crossing.

Nice 👍
Wow mum can fish
Have you ever considered a fuel polisher with added filtration?
I always pour any fuel I put in the boat no matter the source through a funnel with a filter that will also take out water . Slower but safer . I also have a secondary electric pump for priming and backing up the mechanical one in the system
Thanks for the upload love from sa
i hope your family's journey will be blessed when through the ocean of Indonesia

Love you guys! Always happy to watch you. Perhaps you could pre-filter fuel . Just a thought. Cheers!
Thank you
Great only the fuel problem
Make sure the fuel is not mixed with kerosene.
In Asia it is quite common for people to mix fuel with other mixtures.
Back pressure the fuel line into the tank to blow the block out ,drain that tank and get fresh fuel.
Good luck ❤

hey mate, Madonna from the 90s called and said she wants her sunglasses back 😎😎

I fitted a day tank and extra filters whilst in SEAsia and it did help to a certain degree, but bad fuel is a pain mate
Good feed back as that is what I want to do!
When we were cruising we always added a diesel additive and tanked into jugs let it settle and then filters thru T-shirt into tank . As we to picked up a bug once . It is a pain to clean that tank out completely .

A bike pump works 😂 but a fuel polishing systems and a day tank would be an awesome install in the future

what do you do with the deisel in the contaminated tank?
bit late to the party but would a Mr funnel fuel filter be any benefit, you can get them online ?

What type of fertilizer are you using on Tallulah Mae? She's growing like a flower. Remember her birth. Dang
Another fish another day. Just a question. What was the boat speed and size and Colour lure did you use? Kevin
Little green or pink skirts, about 100mm to 150mm long. Boat speed 6.5 knots. 🤘
Hi I am surprised that when you sailing that you don't have a life vest on your daughter
Be careful when buying filters, many make very cheap copies at the original price, especially THE CHINESE COUSINS, you got filters with toilet paper.
P.S. I imagine what you must have cursed. 😏
I hope there isn't any mercury in that fish or any fish you three have been eating. That would be very bad for your health.
You know, I was concerned about that too. I don't even know if there's mercury in all fish. One can test their level of mercury. Too much can create health issues. 🙏
Best to put in a fuel polishing system. This fuel from 3rd world suppliers is going to ruin your motor.
