Vipassana meditators are like, now what to do?, still suffering. Lets go to Ramesh Balsekar. What I want to say is vipassana meditators are intelligent and they seek the genuine, real gurus.

Some basic points 'taught' during Goenka's Vipassana retreat:-
* Awareness with equanimity towards all sensations(physical or mental) is Vipassana
* Awareness to breathe develops concentration and sharpness
* A sharp mind is alert towards sensation arising on the body towards which it reacts either for against... This awareness breaks the vicious cycle of action -reaction
* Vipassana leads to realisation of DUKHA, ANNICA, ANNATA and ultimately NIBBANA

Ramesh used to say just listen to my teaching. Don’t try and grasp the concepts and start arguing with what you think you have heard. Just listen with your heart and if it is the Will of God amd the destiny of a body mind organism you may find peace of mind in daily living. The questions you raise were always raised in his Satsangs …
You are on the path .
Hatred is just the absence of love. If there is no hatred then love is present if it is the Will of God.
@@grahamtrave1709 I think that hatred has to be produced and the absence of love is just no love 🤔 but you have given me things to think about or to not think about according this this mans teachings 🙏
