When I watched Basterds for the first time, I kept asking myself, where did this guy come from? How come he's so good and I've never heard of him? Tarantino really lived up to his name, and gave the world this amazing actor. I hope he does many more movies, I will watch them all!

Im so drawn to Christoph waltz because of his sophisticated speech, large use of vocabulary, and his unique voice. I thought Samuel and Leo was amazing in Django Unchained, but Christoph honestly did a brilliant job!

To be able to play these now legendary roles so brilliantly, and in such stark contrast to his personality...Waltz is truly a master of his craft.
I'm really wondering if Waltz is gonna stay with his image. As long as Tarantino keeps him doing the German roles, we won't see his full potential. Q.T. didn't hear it, but one of his, Im assuming assistants, or something, did and she was PISSED. And rightfully so! Ahhh, the Austin years were great.
