  • We have a lot of variants in the KTM Adventure Multiverse in India!
Ktm 250 Adv, Ktm 250 Adv V, Ktm 390 Adv V,X,Std, and SW. Total of 6 variants!
So many variants exist because there is a differentiated demand for them in our marketspace. In this video I try to explore the options available and try to answer which variant is the best fit for which type of customer - from the standpoint of being an KTM390Adv standard owner...

Hey man. As a guy who's 6 ft 6 and 150 kgs weight. I wish to tour with my wife (80kgs) n luggage. Will the spoke wheel variant suit this kind of weight n dimensions?

I don’t think its a question of Spoked Wheel variant or Standard
You might have to check the maximum payload of the bike… and I think the rear suspension even with max pre-load will sag a lot. 150+80+ ~20 (luggage) is still 250kgs…

The bike Chassis is only designed to take a certain about of weight. That’s where the max payload comes into picture…

As per one forum answer, a Duke 390 can carry total of 350 kgs (on even surfaces/no offroad) including weight of bike… if we count the same for adventure - (177kgs + 150kgs + 80kgs + 20kg ) would surpass the 350kg limit…

Yea.. that was my fear too. The Himalayan although underpowered and flawed weighed similar to this and I had issues on that. The front would be light and I'd have no feedback. I think the ktm would pose the same problem..
