Matt appears to be happily married to Reba and they have four beautiful kids. It's a shame he had to go through this but it worked out for him in the end.
Matt reacted like literally any man would, he even was a lot calmer than some men out there. Edge and Lita was lucky Matt wasn’t the kind of guy that was crazy enough to kill both of them. He was heartbroken, betrayed and violated by both of them. Edge was a pathetic piece of shit for cheating on his wife and sleeping with his (supposed) best friends longtime girlfriend, and lying about it every step of the way and showing no remorse, guilt or shame. Lita was just as bad, and just as much of a piece of shit, mainly because she showed no remorse and hurt Matt without at least breaking up with him first. I’m glad Matt moved on and is doing better now.

I think the one thing men struggle with is that we get angry and mad and lash out, and it pushes the woman even farther away from us but we are actually having normal reactions to being messed over by somebody that we love but they use that against us to make us feel guilty like that’s what ended the relationship when in reality, she was already messing around on him behind his back and then he has guilt because he’s always loved her and been faithful to her and treated her really good and has always spoke to her respectfully so it really hurt him by her doing what she did to him and then it hurt him that he had to act that way because what she did to him caused him to be different towards her and it wasn’t normal. And I want guys to stop beating themselves up thinking that oh because I yelled at her or I called her names after I found out that she cheated on me and she told me that I’m crazy and this is why I’m not going to be with you. I hear you but Cena was given a Hogan push and he isn't Hogan. He isn't even close. Honest to GOD Lance Storm is a better wrestler on his worst day than John Cena. I remember when cena debuted. The slap he gave Jericho in his promo about ruthless aggression. It was like his first gimmick before the thuganomics crap, it was like 2001 or 2002. He was given that push over guys like Chris Jericho who had been in the business for years. The super cena days just further added to how shit the entire product had become. All month cena would get attacked and then at the PPV he'd miraculously win, every single time. It was so predictable, tired and boring. The same bullshit repackaged but portrayed worse and with less than half the talent of the actual legends we have seen do it before. I feel like yes while wrestling has run it's course and this would have happened eventually anyway, the fact they gave it to john cena like they did and he is more well known that guys like jericho or booker t really just shows their mentality of "fuck the talent! Just do what sells. Market cena". I mean he made more money of merch sales than he did off wrestling matches. It's just another thing they did on the downhill to the end of the line, but they could have done it better.

Man, Wade is such a good interviewer. Also, I feel for Matt for all of this back in 05, but boy does he have such a flare for the dramatic to talk about this personal stuff all over.
At the time this was a big deal with fans. The WWE made a spectacle of a real life event in someone's life. Imagine being pissed about it and you have to work with them in an angle where they rub it in so badly. Lol it's wild.
Honestly I wouldn't consider this a flare for the dramatic type situation. He was kinda put in a position where if he didnt talk about it publicly the public around the situation had a lot of false facts and false understandings and some were even blaming and threatening Matt over it. He was the victim in the situation and it was very important that he got the truth out so his reputation wasn't completely destroyed by Edge on top of his relationship.
When you are doing an interview and they ask you a question about an extremely public affair you answer

@@cargopilotguy305 A lot of those guys should be in jail if they don't know how to control their anger and almost kill someone instead of being the bigger man and walking away. It's not like his life was under any threat so what right does he have to lay a finger on either of them regardless of how hurt he may feel? It's life, these things happen, it's not like he's had money or possessions stolen from him or like he's been assaulted himself where he is forced to defend himself, it's just catching your partner cheating, there is no reason to risk your life in jail and hurt people over a failed relationship. It's better to deal with the pain, heal and move on. If this is expected of guys then clearly more violent guys need to be locked up for other people's safety just because they can't handle being cheated on. That is also a red flag for them to be in a relationship with any girl if they have done that before, an argument could easily lead to that guy physically abusing their partner and domestic violence tendencies.
It's kind of amazing how Edge gets a pass from the fans and wrestling world when he backstabbed a close friend like that. Lita too.
I was a giant hardy boyz fan at the time this whole thing happened and I think that most of the fans of wrestling today are fans for completely different reasons anyone was ever a fan before. So I feel like getting a pass and not being judged because the fan base is a bunch of brainless mutants are different situations but I get what you mean and I don't think it makes sense how people still cheered them either. Edge and Lita are both scumbags for how they acted and I have never seen either of them the same since this happened. Thanks for watching :)

We all make mistakes in life and edge and lita made a lot of mistakes when they cheated on Matt Hardy and hurt and betrayed him but Matt Hardy made a mistake acting out how he did and maybe the situation could have been handled better by all parties

The only one thing that needs clarification is when he says at the end (once again, I'm referring to the other interview I posted link to above): "later down the road all 3 of us - I, Amy and him - had a conversation when Adam did his best to apologize to me because she said to him that she was not going to see him because she was confused and needed to figure out". "Later down the road" - when? And by "needed to figure out" did that mean that she eventually made up her mind and had a relationship with Adam in 2005-6 or was that only in 2005 (#1 until Matt went to Smackdown #2 a bit earlier #3 after that)?
