      Yes. Most of us are because we are sheltering in place and only going out when we have to. You can also help keep us alive PLEASE by wearing a mask when you go out. And Thank You for doing that.

      @@patriciabellardo381I'm glad you are. It gives me hope and inspiration.
      Do you have any advice to help me motivate my dad? He's 72 and has fallen into a depression this past year. He lost a lot of weight and recently became ill with upset stomach and very weak. I am trying to get him kick started with pro-biotics, vitamins, omega fatty acids, soups, fresh fruit with oatmeal, and we'll try to see if he can do salad.
      The hard part is just convincing him to move with the resistance bands even though it doesn't feel good right now. I'm trying the resistance bands and thinking of trying a few videos on RUclips that offer a guided routine with the bands. I just wonder if there is anything from his perspective that I am missing? It's my first time doing this and I want to make sure I'm doing it right.
      I guess I just want to know what time of day would be best to approach exercise. How to fit it into the routine. He needs to take medication and eat meals too several times a day.
