I'm sorry, but I'm flabbergasted with the top 3. These infantile films to be rated so high by the critics?! Anyway. Nice chart as usual, Steve. William Hurt is a refine actor, who I deeply respect.
I know what you mean Klarkz, what could I do? They were highly rated. I couldn't ignore them. They don't contain Hurt's best performances but the ratings are for the movies. How old are you if I may ask? I enjoy all kinds of movies old and new, comicbook movies and classics like Ben-Hur and Casablanca. Thanks again for commenting.
@@Top10Charts3978 Well, I'm approaching 40 and since my early-middle 20s I'm not an admirer of comics and Lukas & Spielberg films. I guess I've lost the child in me, but definitely have saved the teenager... still. I also have no problem with the age of the film. Only matters the story and the way it is depicted. From The cabinet of Dr. Caligari to Chaplin to Lubitsch to Old & New Hollywood to East & West European films to Japanese movies etc.
I Like William Hurt Movies I Have On DVD In Alphabetical Order A.I Artificial Intelligence Alice Avengers Endgame Avengers Infinity War Captain America Civil War The Good Shepherd A History Of Violence The Incredible Hulk Robin Hood Syriana The Village
I have seen 2 William Hurt movies. The Accidental Tourist is a favourite, while The Big Chill is not. Favourite posters and stills are from The Accidental Tourist, The Big Chill, Jane Eyre, The Village, and The Proposition.
Hi Flora, I've seen The Accidental Tourist but have never got round to seeing The Big Chill. My tally, 21 out of 40. My favorites include - Altered States, Lost in Space, AI Artificial Intelligence, Dark City, Incredible Hulk, Captain America Civil War, Avengers 3-4, Syriana and A History of Violence. Thanks again for commenting, much appreciated. Glad you liked the posters and stills.
I know, I was torn between including it or leaving it out. Avengers Infinity War would have been his no.1 so there was no escaping having a Marvel film at the top spot, those two were highly rated. I thought what the hell even for a couple of seconds he was in Endgame let's go for completion. If I was ranking these films by performance the top 3 would be a lot different. Thanks for posting.
RIP. Thank you for decades of beautiful work. Such an unbelievable body of work.

Blew it on the order especially the top 3, fairly insulting I’d say.

how can a bit-part cameo be his number 1?
