    I am a general surgeon .
    I had passion for oncosurgery.
I work in a medical College hospital at Mangalore, where our general Surgery unit operates more cancer cases than our oncosurgeon, we do more GI cases than Surgical gastroenterology, more Thyroid than endocrine surgery.
So I am really reconsidering should I really do Mch.
I have a really great job satisfaction with MS only.
