    I know that choosing a branch like cardiac surgery is just like walking on thorns barefoot with lots of struggles, dedication,and continuous hard work, endurance of extensive pressure on shoulder,inspite of all this, I am eagerly waiting to get into cardiac surgery branch, I feel some force is motivating me to take this risk and face this challenge and endure this pressure,A cardiac surgeon usually have to. I know I am going to get myself into hectic life style,if I don't go for that my heart and soul be very hectic going to other branches than this.
    I don't know what to do ,but I am pretty sure I am born to take risk and face challenges and bear responsibility on my shoulder. Rest I have left it to Almighty.

      @@sharmilkanna382 hi sir , iam confused between choosing mch ctvs 6 years course in AIIMS Rishikesh or DNB ctvs 6 years course in Ganga ram hospital

      Mch is better

    The misconception is true. By the time we become a successful consultant we would be 50+ if you are okay with that go for cardiac surgery

    • @DheerajMasapu
      @DheerajMasapu  Год назад

      Ok

    • @sharmilkanna382
      @sharmilkanna382 Год назад +1

      First of all a longer learning curve doesn't imply you will be 50+ by the time you become successful. In fact success especially in private sector is dependent on a lot of things and not just your skills. Second even if I assume that one would be 50+ by the time he/she is successful how does it make the "misconception" true?

    • @NMDAagonist
      @NMDAagonist Год назад

      @@sharmilkanna382 the misconception is true because the current generation wants "fast settling" , "work life balance" and mainly "making plenty money" which is very difficult to achieve in cardiac surgery unless you have so much experience that the corporate hospitals will pay and that will happen by the time you are 50+. I have met several CTVS surgeons themselves calling this a dead field and plenty of Mch. CTVS in top institutes go unfilled every year. although i believe the need for CTVS will always be there but just not as demanding as gastrosurgeon or neurosurgeon.

    • @Natsu19981

      People are doing MBBS at 30 . Age is not a factor and never will be . Be confident in yourself.

      It's too late and it's not worth it at all for you. Why the hell did you wasted so much times elsewhere. Being 26 and joining cardiac surgery is too late.

    No point of a talk about surgery in India.
    Nobody is interested in teaching here, even they themselves dont know surgeries 😂
    and sometimes i feel that very very very few surgeons are only here who are good surgeons in India.
