    Dear Dheeraj , more General Practitioners in Metros make this kind of money than Super Specialists, second point in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities as well this number is being hit by private nursing home or speciality hospital owners very easily , due to excessive competition for number of positions available in metros , it seems difficult , however people are making fat bucks even in rural areas 🧘‍♂️🧠

    I know some top earners
    One is an mbbs doctor doing hair transplantation who is earning 20+ lakhs in metro city
    Another mbbs doctor earning 8+ lpm in tier 2 city
    A dermatologist earning 15 lpm who is diploma in dermat
    A general surgeon earning 2 cr pm who is a surgeon and has his own hospital, he stopped doing it in last 5 years.
    All of these are above 55 years of age.

      I'm not interested in earning that much money , as u said....
      one doctor earns 8 lakh per month at the age of 55!
      I'm considering only 1 lakh per month , imagine how much less I have to work at that age and earn 1 lakh per month! Probably 2-3 hrs a day and then enjoy rest of my time. Where a corporate/office worker will still have to work 8 hrs for that much money.
      But I want to be a ortho surgeon so baaadd!! I love football and want to treat players injuries! (I'm in 3rd year mbbs)

    These are great ways to make that money but honestly I feel the stress that comes along with making it all happen is maybe Hypertension and Diabetes!! I’ve seen may specialists who suffer from MI and have comorbs!…the world sadly wouldn’t see/know about it!

    After PG one doctor can easily earn 10lakh PM . If he/she join any hospital then salary would be 2lpm . After that if they open an clinic and See atleast 50 patients a day with fee 400 it will be 20k per day . Then there are other bonuses from farmacies . So it would around 8-10lakh per month.

    Dear Dheeraj
    Good job with extensive research but it’s half truth. 1. First thing no one retires how much ever u earn. U earn more ur requirements lifestyle goes higher money is never enough.
    2. Indian degrees (tier3)are now allowed to sit consultant exam but u need to have some requirements but like u said it will never equate to western tier 1 degree simply bcoz u need to pay a person more than what he earns in his country to keep him in any other country. So it based on nationality and passport.

      Shouldn't a doctor be more concerned about people's wellness than earning money as a priority ? If earning becomes a primary objective in a doctors life, it wouldn't be too late to realise you've become one among a politician goon. You study to serve people amidst their ignorance of the natural science, for the betterment of humanity as a whole. What's the point of looting poor people who already have scarce amount of anything, only to suffer more from one's who call themselves saviour? Earning for yourself isn't bad, but that should be the secondary objective of your profession. First and foremost should be the betterment of global health of general population. How long would you require a plutocracy and oligarchy for your selfish gains ? Again never saying earning is bad but focusing on that in a profession such as medicine is truly and horribly evil.

    • @BabyBoss-io9gy
      @BabyBoss-io9gy День назад

      @@Sam-yo3rm to be honest almost every doctor has become a doctor only to earn and that’s why Indian families pressures their children to become a doctor. And just because someone has become a doctor only to earn money is not evil , and just because someone bas become a doctor doesn’t mean he/she should d dictate their life money and mental status to the public and not live their own life. Only doctors would truly understand what it actually takes to become one. It’s not only about money they loose their health to save someone else’s.
