Is there any trick to solve all 4×4 matrix
(a+3b)(a-b)^3 can also be used to find the determinant of the above matrix where a=2 and b=1 so we get det. =5

then eigen value of B=4,0,0,0 &

If diagonal elements are 1 then answer can't be defined according to this that's why 2 has been used..
This trick only valid for this type of questions what about other types like distinct values.
