@Ryhan Bennett : To be perfectly honest I'm not really sure, I know that sounds silly as I've obviously done it but it was so long ago, long before I started recording my customs that I honestly can't remember. Sorry!
Joshua Gallagher I would like to do a figure adventure series in future, However if I were to do something like this I have a very specific idea of the kind of thing I would like to do in terms of animation and filming style and I simply don't have the time, resources, money and most importantly experience to do what I want to do at present time or for the foreseeable future.
I'm trying something very similar to the masters tardis, and can I just ask: is there any particular trick to getting the top part of the elevator off- those screws at the top, inside, are a pain in the arse to get out. it could be that my screwdrivers just aren't long enough to be useful, but if you have a technique to get them out, I would really appreciate hearing it. (My big hands probably don't help either, Lol)
+CaptainJimiPie I made my own dalek. The dalek war chief, supreme commander of the dalek confederacy. Also what life is your doctor at in his regeneration cycle?
+Team Nutty Thanks it's just down to doing my best to take existing ideas and adding my own spin to them :) and I have posted some brief synopsis of my stories in one some of my other media platforms but overall I'm keeping things well under wraps ;) I've also got other people writing allocated scripts for me for future so outside the small synopsis even I'm not sure how the story is going to turn out!
I was rewatching Evolution Of The Daleks today and when I looked at Dalek Sec Hybrid, to me it just seemed like the top part of his head, (everything above his mouth, and the tentacles) looks exactly like a Dalek mutant, so perhaps it would be a neat idea to cut off the mouth part to make it look more Dalek. But hey I don't make the figures, I've no idea of that's possible
I did consider doing that for this figure however the problem then is that it just leaves a brain, by having it "supported" by the tentacles it means I can get the eye in there, however as I do have a couple of Sec head spare I have consider possibly resculpting one in future to make it look a bit more Dalek like
It is possible - the Dalek Sec head is a two-piece part (use the soak in boiling water for a couple of seconds method to separate the two parts) - the top piece is the brain, eye and tentacles with a solid piece that plugs into the bottom piece. The bottom piece is the neck mouth and back of head.
The eye on the mutant isn't meant to really be representative of a real eye as such, it was just the only spare mutant like part I had when making it, although if you think about it it makes sense for it to have an eyestalk as it can't really look down, up or turn around
very good, I loved all of them mainly daleks but the rest are good to, few things 1: I swear I had that handles idea first coz I put his head on the Orange doctor space suit, never mind 2: have you seen my script yet coz I want to know what you thought, it's good for me since not only am I trying to get a chance to write a script for you, but I also get you to tell me what you thought of the script and 3: have u got a guy to do cyberman voices coz if not I'm pretty good at them ;)
+Rory Stock Thanks! And to answer your questions 1. I did see your Handles on the spacesuit which was very good! but I actually had the idea for a well before I even started recording! The idea was actually inspired by the Eighth Doctor's companion Kroton, and when I got my Time Of The Doctor set when it first came out Handles just seemed like a great choice for the head! Great minds obviously think alike though haha 2. I haven't read any of the scripts I have recieved yet, I want to be impartial and fair to everyone who submits them so I'm afraid I can't give individual feedback to each person at present time, however those who do make the shortlist will be contacted in future if I feel their writing style/scripts are what I'm looking for :) 3. At the moment I have myself marked down to do the Cyberman voices as they will be heavily edited to give an authentic Cyberman style voice so it won't be recognisable as me but if you have any examples of your Cybermen voices then drop me a link and I'll take a look!
+Rory Stock Thanks I'll take a look, I do currently have a multi-Doctor story in the works but it's already been planned out and is being co-written by myself and someone else who will be providing use of their Doctor, as I don't want my Series to stand alone from anyone else's it means that any other Doctors included, if not mine, would need to be from other parallel universes so it's a format I don't want to over use too much, but thanks for the offer :)
Maybe, if you have the money, you could get another War Doctor figure as the face sculpt is similar to you. You could re-paint it and make some slight changes to it (painting the beard/hair and maybe using clay to fill in the creases)
+whoboy11 I have got a War Doctor head spare so I may try that out! Although my hair and facial hair changes so much all the time that the Jack head is the best "clean shaven" likeness I could find haha
Wonderful customs. A very good use of the Dalek Patrol Ship. I usually hate the 3.75" Doctor Who figures - I much prefer the far superior 5" Doctor Who figures - but the Dalek Patrol Ship is the only 3.75" scale I like - and that is mainly for use in custom projects (Skaro Degradations coming soon).
+nathanwhoproductions Thanks, he'll be coming in Episode 2 of Series 2, although I have updated the figure slightly since this video so I'll be showing him off again in my next Audio Series Custom Figure Showcase :)

Thanks, although I don't quite understand what you mean? If you mean make your own versions of these then they are from my own audio series rather than Big Finish so I prefer to keep them unique to my own series If you mean customs in general though then there's nothing to stop or anyone else making your own customs :)
@@CaptainJimiPie I actually meant customs. I used LEGO piece's once to replace the broken eye-stalk, plunger arm, and Dalek gun-stick that broke off my 2006 Dalek Sec figure.
Thanks, although there are people out there who are much better than me, if you ever come across them check out a guy called TOMFAN his customs are amazing! He's given me alot of tips and help too!
It was actually a bit of a coincidence, my original idea was to subvert the colour scheme and have a mainly silver chair with black elements, but after doing a test on the chair it didn't look right, so I thought instead of silver I should make the chair grey. It was only when I finished it did I realise it looked very much like the renegade colour scheme

Thanks and not I didn't do that mainly because I don't display my TARDIS's with the doors open so I've never had the need/want to put inserts cards in them
Alot of people have asked for that but it's not really something I'm interested in doing, mainly because doing an audio series actually doesn't cost me any money at all whereas making a figure animation means more money required on figures and resources plus also space to build sets etc, which again I don't really have. At the moment the only kind of figure animation I have planned is my Mission To The Unknown one
Do these designs just come from your head as you go? Or do you make concept art and plan out first? If the latter is true I’d love to see some behind the scenes planning of the customs.
Thanks and my audio series is set within my own alternative universe, separate from the TV or any other established or fan universes, as this gives me complete creative control over the continuity of what happens in my universe. As such my Doctor's number is deliberately left ambiguous, he starts off the series post-regeneration and there have been hints to other incarnations so he's certainly not the first or second. Equally however it doesn't mean he's the Third Doctor, he could be, but he could also be the Fourth or Ninth, or 33rd or 87,678th Doctor, I do blame to address his regeneration cycle in future stories however for now he is simply an undefined incarnation
+SouthPark333Gaming My series is set in a parallel universe, not an alternate timeline, it's completely unconnected to the television series or any other Doctor Who universes! It made more sense to create my own whole universe rather than just an alternate timeline because it would be easier to explain rather than having to keep with the continuity of an existing universe or timeline :)
His incarnation number has been left deliberately ambiguous as it will form part of a future story, however my audio series is set completely in my own alternate universe so it is not linked to any existing official tv/expanded/fan continuity, nor it is intended to be an "alternate timeline to any existing continuity.
