Led Zeppelin "Kashmir" will change your life!
Achilles Last Stand from this album is really good as well
There's a reason they are considered the greatest rock band in history. This song is just 1 example. you have a long road my friend, I wish I could listen to them for the first time again.
@@robertserafin-uc3qn Hella yah!
Number one tool can’t hold a candle to ledzeppelin period Zeppelin is the only performers to be considered as gods. Best lead singer, best guitar player, best drummer, best Oregon mandolin, six string 12 string player. Simply the greatest of all time..
I agree
I don't always listen to Led Zeppelin, but when I do, so do my neighbors...
As it should be!
Led Zeppelin are simply the best band to have ever walked this Earth!
Can't Argue The Truth
Bonham is the G.O.A.T. Of Rock Drumming.
He Plays LEAD Drums- so much passion
The fact that this music was created almost 50 years ago is mind blowing. These guys created music that will remain relevant forever.
The rhythm section in this band is second to NONE. Having that level of drum and bass is just insane from the start but when you consider how perhaps the least renowned member of this band, John Paul Jones, was already an arranger and keyboard player and multi-instrumentalist for many many other bands before Led Zeppelin- HUNDREDS of sessions as studio director, music director, and worked with the absolute cream of the crop of bands from this era... it starts to give you an understanding of the DEPTH of this bands musical virtuosity. His Wikipedia page is pretty mind-boggling.
They were so blessed with talent , and to come together like they did . Bonzo was completely irreplaceable. RIP. 😢🙏💕
POLO , when the Gods on Mount Olympus threw a party , they played Led Zeppelin , very , very loud.....true story. 🤘🔥😊
Totally fab comment!
"I truly don't know if it can get better than this". What all us Zep fans realised and accepted at some point.
The GOATS of rock, blues, funk
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WHEN THE LEVEE BREAKS
Hands down GREATEST ROCK DRUMMER OF ALL TIME!!!
Zepp are the OG of blues rock. Absolute legends. And if you want more Zep and you like those drums, When The Levee Breaks, will bring you to your knees.
When The Levee Breaks was the invention of headbanging music.
100% agree. While they are the quintessential heavy rockers, I can always hear the huge blues influence. And When the Levee Breaks will make u repent for things you haven't done yet
Cream are the Inventors and Kings of Blues Rock! 1966 Fresh Cream. Maybe check it out. Unmatched guitar tone on Spoonful.
@@robertpiekosz7470 no shot! 🤣
my favorite song ever...
I can't believe Robert Plant doesn't get more credit for his harp playing. He is absolutely brutal on this.
He plays a harmonica.
@@slave2tyranny You're a harmonica! Lol
@@JohnWhite-xc3md yeah, but I sound good! LOL!
Yea yes yes. Thank you. Harmonica tho right?
Yea yes yes. Thank you. Harmonica tho right?
8 studio albums, four live albums,10 compilations , 19 singles. A lot to listen to. Enjoy the journey.
greatest rock band of all time according to hundreds and hundreds of polls through time.
They were, are and WILL ALWAYS BE the ultimate rock band.
Absolutely 💯
Of a certain style.
Meh. Dont get me wrong...but pink floyd are waaay better.

Kings!
Who could ever live without Led Zepplin in their life ?!
Better late than never ! 💪
Exactly
I cant fathom the soul who wouldn't like ZOSO.
If I was stranded for life on a rock and I had one band to pick? Led Zeppelin! Final answer!
Anything by Led Zeppelin is fire probably the greatest rock band of all time
You can see why they are one the best bands of all time! Not one album sounds the same! They are so talented, creative and just genius songwriters!!!!
This is the drummer that every modern drummer aspires to be 🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥
WHEN THE LEVEE BREAKS
Led Zeppelin are the absolute Monsters of Rock, they are above and beyond all the other bands.
Wish America would have embraced our Blues artist. England just sold our soul back to us
Every single time you paused and said, "That was so badass," I was like YES! You got it, first pass. Zeppelin is money.
Every song that you will ever hear by LZ is the best song you have ever heard.
This song is So Sublime, Bluesy, and FUNK... **'OUTRAGEOUSLY GREAT !!'**
Led Zeppelin the perfect musical storm ❤❤❤
Bonham's style is everything. His whole approach was unique and yet perfect for the band he was in. This is a top tier example.
The goat
Neil Pert. Ginger Baker. Bill Ward. Charlie Watts. All loved jazz & applied it to their work.
And Robert on that harmonica!
@@nicholasthomas3635 True, along with several other famous drummers, though not sure what that has to do with anything.
His birthday was yesterday... ❤❤❤
In My Time of Dying blows this intro away. If you haven't already, give that one a listen.
Every song they ever played, you knew it was them, YET, every song was totally different
The thing about Zeppelin is that it can get better, and it does, no matter where you start or which direction you go. Weird but true
So so true!!!!!!!
This is an absolute...no matter where you start, any direction and you will find yourself saying "This is their best, and again and again..truly a marvel in itself!!
Somehow it feels just so life affirming when someone else, just seconds into one of my all time favorite songs, stops and calls it "fire". Thanks man.
They played this song at their 02 reunion gig in 2007 and proved they could still deliver the goods.
there is no one MORE DOPE than Led Zepp......
Happy 75th Birthday to the groove master himself. His body of work speaks for itself. John Henry Bonham RIP
Is it his birthday yesterday? Damn. He should still be with us, enjoying his farm, his family his friends, and his cars.
@@w.geoffreyspaulding6588 Indeed it was. Just thought it worth mentioning. Regards
Nobody’s Fault But Mine was written and performed by Blind Willie Johnson in 1927. If you love the Zep (and I certainly do), seek out some of their inspirations and love the music that turned them on! ❤ 👍👍
Highly recommend the original ❤
That's what I did. LZ turned me on to blues guys, especially Willie Dixon.
indeed, also you may like to listen to Sonny Boy Williamson and Howlin Wolf, both of which I was led to by Led Zeppelin, they were inspired by those original blues artists too. Try playing the original Bring It on Home, and then Zeppelins version, such a delight for the ears.
A great song from a grossly underrated album.
Best of the best - every single one of them. Together they remain unmatched to this day.
Oh HELLS To The YEAH!!! Welcome to the OTHER Universe ... Led Zeppelin ! 🎯🎸⚡🌋
I've been listening to this song (and their other music) for more than 36 years and it never gets old, it never feels stale, and nothing out there past or present can compare. I'm so glad you hear every element because that's part of the true appreciation of getting why it's so good.
I really love your enthusiasm for all of "our" music! I'm 78 now and have lived with this great music all of my life. Seeing you enjoying this lets me relive hearing it for my first time! Thank you 🤗
Exactly, Zeppelin blew our musical minds in the early 70's, then they dropped this song
64 yr old LED ZEPPELIN NUMBER ONE
I love to see young black man step out of their comfort zone and familiar genre with which they grew up. This is the music of my middle and high school 70's teen years. I was/am a Zeppelin freak!. Keep up the Listening!
The band that just keeps giving, this will not be the last time you say this is the best led Zeppelin song.😂
The fact that this is your favorite Zep song so far is great. Respect. It is one of their masterpieces from late in their career. Bonham obliterates the earth with his drumming, and Robert wails on the harmonica better than I’ve ever heard. This is how a band should sound. This is the real stuff.
It is the 60’s meets 70’s rock with unabashed superstars on every band member.
Not much to add, to all these comments. I love watching and hearing you react to my favorite band. It makes me smile, like it's the first time I've ever heard the song.
All of their stuff is crazy good !
Start from album 1 and follow up with the next, then the next and so on, you'll not regret it.
One of my favorite Zep tracks. Jimmy's guitar tone is amazing. The whole album is great. Page is a musical genius.
These guys are at the top of the game, the "cream of the crop!" Nobody rocks it like The Mighty Led Zeppelin!!
Just you wait.... Can't wait for you to hear more Led Zeppelin.
They are in the untouchable category. And the mind-blowing hits don't stop. 🔥🔥🔥
This is my favorite Led Zeppelin song. Play it loud.
They broke the mould on song structure and opened a door that can never be closed and never should
This band created the template for hard rock for over half a century afterward. So much of what they did, they did for the first time but the innovations became so standard that we often take for granted just how new this kind of sound was at the time.
Zepp was innovation pure .Every Album a milestone and New !! Sky on the road of Rock and beside Purple leaving a stigma for all the other bands what is got to be achieved as a Powerhouse ...These are the Fab 4 of Rock ...absolutely amazing and never equaled .period.
Whole Lotta Love studio version pls. You cant go wrong though with any Zep pick. Truly iconic front to back
Nobody else could write and perform a song like this.
Brother I can’t tell you how great it is to see someone hear this song for the first time 40 years after I first heard it. My buddies and I had the same reaction back then. A masterpiece!!
A top tier Zeppelin tune. Fair, you can say that about most of them. The singer recorded this album from a wheelchair, recuperating from a bad car accident.
I heard the accident was nobody’s fault but his
@@NeutralGravity under rated comment
@@NeutralGravity 🤣 You can always allege the road was slipery 😁😆🤣
They usually claim his wife was driving at the time.
If you love Bonham’s drums, and Plant’s harmonica, the obvious next choice would be When The Levee Breaks. One of the most sampled drum parts in history, btw. You might decide, as many reactors have done before you, that this is a band that simply demands being heard from the first track on their first album, chronologically through to at least their sixth album. THE MONSTER band of the 70’s…..
Best rock n roll band ever
I found a freaking LZ 1975 tour T-shirt at a thrift store (this century version) for $2 bucks and I can’t get the Pachouli smell out of it and it doesn’t matter at all and I love it so much 😆🎉💥💗✌️
Agree that the drums on When the Levee breaks are killer. That, and Cochise by Audioslave are my favourite killer drum tracks.
100% Hard to have a fave led zep, but that ranks...
@@Diana-ze8wu Whaaaa! I want that shirt! I used to use patchouli oil as my perfume, even tho' some guys hated it, lol!!
Presence was an extremely overlooked album by Led Zeppelin and one of my favorites…
Tea for one rules. Lots of folks knock it as a Since I've been loving you clone but they have very different vibes. 2 sides to the same coin. Jimmy Page is a God.
@@alan22470is God*
Have been singing this albums praises for a few years. The 2016 remasters did wonders for this album, that’s when I rediscovered it lol.
Was always my least fave . Now it’s ranks top led zeppelin for me.
Robert has many talents aside from singing. He plays guitar, harmonica, and a host of other instruments. Best band and music ever.
Please KEEP GOING! They DO NOT disappoint!!
Hi Julie 🙂
Right out of the gate with Good Times, Bad Times, Led Zeppelin KILLED IT! Four equal parts contributing to an epic sound!
Well said 101% Brother !!!! Keep Rocking to the GREATEST!!!
It’s the GOATS!!! The four of them were individual GOATS that joined together! The rest, well is Zeppelin history. Rock on!!
Well sir ,glad you enjoyed that!!! You'll discover, LED Zeppelin, never disappoints... Never!!!
No bad songs by this band either. A wealth of musical magic.
Come on there are a few songs that are pretty bad. Let's be honest.
Lot's of good songs but not all, Hot Dog was pretty bad. No hard feelings ❤
@@anthonyv6962 shout out❤. I love Zeppelin but I agree not all Zeppelin songs great. Hot Dog sucks.
Actually Hot Dog is a great rockabilly song, it just may not be to one's liking because of that, whereas for me, I think it's one of the best rockabilly songs I've ever heard, and would be a number one hit for any band that played that style of music
@@Ledzepnut I respectfully disagree. I think there are many better rockabilly songs than Hot Dog, but glad you and I love Led Zeppelin. 🤎
Hey Polo if your interested this song was inspired by a song by Blind Willie Johnson ( same title) recorded in 1931 on steel guitar. Also on the same record was In My Time of Dying which is another LZ song. This guy was a gospel singer who played with a blues (delta blues) style. Both his and Led Zepps songs are stunning. Please check it out.
Thank you for posting this! So many people need to hear how great Blind Willie was. Dark was the night, cold was the ground.
The truth the whole truth and noting but the TRUTH so help me GAWD!!!!!!
IMHO, the best song from this band. Perfection, indeed.
Bean bag chairs, vinyl records, bong hits after school. Brings back memories!!!!
Imagine seeing them before they knew about hearing damage twenty rows back and they play at this intensity for over three hours with the sound traveling right thru your body. The best concert I ever attended.
Was worth losing some of my hearing!

HUH did I hear something. I have this ringing in my ears.@@davidt8438
There is no better than Led Zeppelin... there is close, there is trying, there is pretending, there is a lot.... but nothing is as good. They are simply the best band to exist.
Can you imagine what it was like for us kids in the day? You're in high school and another Led Zeppelin album comes out and you wonder ; what will this one be like? Well guess what, another mind-blower without fail. In Seattle at that time there was a venue called laserium. Probably spelled wrong. You go into this cocert venue at the Seattle Center and lay on the floor in the dark. Then a Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd album starts playing at concert level while a laser show starts all over the ceiling like an acid trip. Thing is we were already on acid when we walked in. You go home with an altered brain.
Polo, you’ll love Led Zeppelin’s What is and What Should Never Be
Fool in the Rain, The Rover, Ten Years Gone, Wanton Song, Dazed and Confused, and on and on. The list of killer tracks from Zep is near endless.

@@ubtrippn6202 Yeah, there is another 15 I could have listed to be honest....
I don’t think there are many Zep songs that will disappoint you….Zeppelin was just nasty 🖤🥴
It's always the best Zeppelin song until you hear the next song 🎵
There’s something so fun and almost rewarding about watching someone from a different musical background discovering an artist, band or song you love. It’s like rehearing it yourself for the first time… you listen to it through their ears and it’s exciting again. Also cool to hear them talk about what they love about it.
5:43 I forgot how good this bit was. Seriously this is Rock n roll at it's finest.
Led Zeppelin's Nobody's Fault But Mine is a fricken great tune!! John Bonham on drums is a beast!!
Robert on harmonica!!!!!
INDEED! Insanely Magnificent!
@@juliemanarin4127YES! ❤️
Goddam... John Paul Jones matching him note for note with his bass!
I love Led Zeppelin. Their musical influences came from the blues from the Deep South of Black America. I’ve seen Robert Plant , the lead singer 4 times with his fantastic ensemble, the Sensational Spaceshifters. Truly a gifted rock group, Led Zeppelin, such great talent! You should review their song, When the Levee Breaks …. You will hear the blues influences from America.
No Quarter, Fool in the Rain, The Song Remains the Same, The Rain Song, In the Light, Traveling Riverside Blues, and on and on and on... They'll all leave you amazed
This is one of my favorite songs from Led Zep. I think of _"Physical Graffiti"_ as their *best* album, but I consider _"Presence"_ as my own personal favorite Led Zep album.
YES!
I'm really surprised that this song isn't referenced more when people talk about Led Zeppelin's greatest songs. It's really an amazing song.
Led Zeppelin are the godfathers of heavy metal. Kashmir live at the O2 arena, check it out!! you will not be disappointed
Dazed and Confused would be a great request for you to be blown away
SO glad you are getting into the LED Zeppelin. You can approach them in several ways. Some start with first Album first song and work their way thru the tracks. You will be amazed every time. Incredible catalog of songs. Really no one can touch them.
If you like that, you need to hear In My Time Of Dying by Led Zeppelin! That will absolutely blow your socks off!!
Came to say this. Very similar groove toward the end.
It was truly the Hammer of the Gods four outstanding musicians to this day nothing touches the mighty Zeppelin Paige was a genius
🔥🔥🔥 This song is one of Zepplins best. A phenominal rock band..❤❤ The other one is When The Levee Breaks. Great reaction. 👏👏 Stay safe
The first time I heard this song I literally stopped in my tracks and sat down to listen without distraction.
Check out the live version of In My Time of Dying.
Welcome to one of the best rabbit holes you will ever journey through. Led Zeppelin imo is one of the best.
I remember the first time I heard this on the radio. In my car, just pulled into the driveway after work. Obviously had to sit in the car and listen till the end. Incredible.
Zeppelin was so far ahead of their time….top 5 bands of all time! Great reaction bro love watching you truly listen to everything going into the song!
Lol!! Zeppelin doesn't play fair -- they're soooo fabulous!!
You started with a band that is the pinnacle. I'm 64 and I must have heard this all of the last 40 years.
Jimmy and JPJ were fantastic arrangers/producers. Check out the original by Blind Willie Johnson for reference, and of course When The Levee Breaks is probably their #1 grand slam blues homage.
I got this album in 1979 for Christmas and I didn't even ask for it. I was heavily into Kiss and Mom thought I might like something a lil different.
Thank's Mom!
Presence is a great album.
What a mom! Clearly knew her music!
