All she cares about is herself. She should have had a plan for her students before she had the meeting today. We still don't know what we are going to do. I have to be cacrep accredited as a counselor. I'm in the masters program and paid 3x times more than state schools. I would have transferred if I knew they were losing money and there is no other cacrep accredited program in this area. New Paltz is the only one and is 2 hours from me. She said they would do a teach out for students so they can have a smooth transition and graduate on time. If I don't get cacrep accreditation it will be harder to transfer my license out of state. She said they would partner with colleges that are aligned with their programs. If not then we didn't get what we paid for and tuition there is about 27,000 a year.
As someone who had so many great memories at Saint Rose. Words can describe knowing I will never see it again after a few days. I graduated back in 2021. I would on average take 2/4 trips to Saint rose per year to visit friends in Albany and walk around the school grounds. 2017-2021 were some of the best years of my life there. I made so many friends that I still keep in touch with till this day. I am sad no one else will see my college in a few days.
It was her damn JOB to find financial support or a partner to merge with CSR. She had years to do that. She should donate her salary for all those years to a fund set up to help students navigate the treacherous waters into which she helped to throw them. She's not a very good liar when she says they did not know they were going to have to close the college. Notice how she shut the whole thing down when asked about the potential partners and why things fell through. Wonder what was in those NDAs she signed that forbids disclosing discussions about partnerships or mergers. Slimmy, slimmy stuff.
A fine example of a self-absorbed, incompetent administrator.

She was really stuck with the mess that Stefanco left behind

Less than.Stefanco

And she got a raise after the pandemic when enrollment tanked. Pathetic.
