In spite of how everyone is frightened and calling the crash, there is already an excessive amount of demand waiting to absorb it, which is another reason it's less likely to happen that way. This forecast was not made in 2008, at least not by the general public, as I will explain below. The ownership rate peaked in 2004, according to the other comment. We reached a peak in the second quarter of 2020 and are currently at the median level. From 2008 to 2012, it fell by 3%, and in the second quarter of 2020, it dropped from 68 to 65.
Because they are used to bull markets, most people find it difficult to handle a decline, but if you know where to search and how to get around, you can make a sizable profit. It depends on how you plan to enter and leave.
@@stellaadams593 Given that we are not accustomed to such uncertain markets, the fact that the US stock market has been on its longest bull run ever makes the widespread anxiety and excitement comprehensible. There are opportunities if you know where to go, as you noted that it wasn't difficult for me to earn more than $780k in the previous 10 months. Since I was aware that I would need a reliable and strong plan to get through these tough times, I engaged a portfolio advisor...
@@brendazvandasara My portfolio has been in the gutter for the entire year, so I started researching new ways to profit in the market, but everything I tried just seemed to miss the mark. Please let us know the name of your financial advisor.
@@gowonjake It was run by Claudia Trinidad Rivas, who I learned about and got in touch with thanks to a CNBC interview. Since then, it has served as the point of entry and departure for the games we have emphasized. A search on the internet can be done if tracking is necessary.
@@brendazvandasara Thank you for this Pointer. It was easy to find your handler, She seems very proficient and flexible. I booked a call session with her.
So - not doing due diligence on a major financial purchase didn’t work out so well. Imagine my surprise. 🙄
We bought our house AUG 2021 off Craigslist site unseen, best decision I ever made. Az to Texas baby
That is why home inspections are imperative. They can reveal existing and potential issues. What do you expect?
Not always but yes definitely get one. Never use the one your realtor suggests as well. They have no incentive to tell you the whole truth.
LOL... Clowns believing in other clowns to keep them square. Easily 90% of "home inspectors" have never built ANY structure. They simply managed to pass a test your government decided was the bare minimum. The same government that has zero liabilities to protect you from anything.
The housing market and websites like Zillow have been taking advantage of ppl and that's unacceptable. However, not looking at a property or having it inspected before purchase is just stupid.
ppl?

@@catstuffaw Is that so fucking hard? To type like an adult? You might be taken seriously at some point.
I don't even by a shirt without going into the fitting room. These guys over here buy an entire home. 😂
Well said. Apologies if I offend with this language, but only a fool would do something so reckless. It's a HOUSE, not a shirt, shoe, or sock.
I can only imagine how giddy some of these comments are going to be, news these days knows exactly what people wanna hear. I bought in 2021 at 2% paying $800 a month on my 5k acre home have zero regrets and will be staying put because no way in hell will i sell and buy another home at 7%.
The key is to buy BELOW your means, dont be greedy and dont have delusions about what you can afford. in 2 years my home's value increased 15%
Good for you but not everyone is this lucky or smart
There is nothing wrong with a 7% interest rate it the overpriced homes that are the problem. I don’t want a 3% interest rat on a overpriced home because you can always refinance but you can never change the price you owe. A lot of people grossly overpaid for homes in the end that low interest rate want mean a thing if they have to sell.
Their fault for buying a house they haven’t seen.
isn't a home inspection a requirement for a home loan??
They weren’t taken advantage of if they failed to inspect what they were buying. That’s negligence on the buyer, but the seller.
We bought a house in December 2020. We ended up with a major sewer issue a couple months later but it was out in the street and everything was flushing fine prior. However, we did get an inspection and got a credit for repairs that were caught prior to us buying. We knew the house would need some work, some major repair was done with that credit and at 300k (in NJ!)/2.75%, shiiddd we came out alright!
It’s like buying a wedding ring. They want to use that happiness as an opportunity to rip you off. Their needs to be an overhaul of how we buy homes in America. Not saying anywhere else is better. I got ripped off big time by a realtor in San Diego when I sold my home there. Very shady people. Property managers aren’t better. Especially, if you are out of state. They will use your home like an atm.
Good job on housing construction in Canada 🇨🇦
Buyer beware.
I'm glad I didn't
Not here in Collin County Texas. Bidding war still going around.
Chipboard = Schitt
It’s not being taken advantage of if you didn’t do your due diligence 🤷♀️. If for some reason you can’t see the house, for the love of everything get thorough inspections done at the beginning and after work has been done before closing. We bought in 2020 as first time buyers too. It was hard, exhausting, and frustrating. I get that… but you couldn’t have paid me to move into a house we hadn’t thoroughly looked over and had inspected.
Some homebuyers don’t know all this information. You’re unfairly assuming.
@@SavPowers everyone should do basic research before making a large decision. It’s not assuming that they didn’t prepare, it’s just a fact. I didn’t know either, so I learned.
Ppl are dumb to buy sight unseen. It's the biggest purchase of your life! Also flip homes are often shady. Nice on the outside but ugly inside the walls.
All by design
I love seeing black women being the first in their family! Congratulations
Only black women huh? Not brown or white? Sounds racist to me
You're right, Robert! I should have said, "Women of Color." From my life experience, seeing white women succeed and pioneer the path of future generations of women is much more common. I love witnessing the "first" of a family.
I'll say it then: I LOVE SEEING BLACK WOMEN BEING THE FIRST IN THEIR FAMILY!
Being black while being a woman, we are the least protected. I love us and she deserves a separate moment. GO 'HEAD SIS! ❤️
That's their fault, Impulsive move to buy their house without let the actual owner to got the issues fix by a PROFESSIONAL.
At what point is it your fault? Everyone knows houses don't appreciate 75% in one year. Then you buy it sight unseen as well. Nope... sorry.
Ppl are dumb. She’s part of the problem that got us into this housing bind…what did she expect?!???!?
That’s why you get a good realtor to explain things to you and negotiate contracts
Good realtors are rare. Most are slimy sleazy douche bags
LOL... Lawyer... lawyers are for contracts.
That's their own fault for buying without using their brains
You have the right to go back and you have the right to find out why are they sold you a house that was damaged and you should fight for your damage breaks for them selling you a house that was unappropriate it is their fault it is not yours it is the liability back on talk to a private investigator to investigate the rest of your property land and see what you come up with if they sold you or damage property it is their problem and they need to return around right by the house rebuild it or tear it down they also need to pay for your attorney fees and you have a right to an open lawsuit due to the personal abuse injury by the company who sold that house to use should be investigated because this is a fraudulent act of selling damaged homes knowing what was wrong with the land and did not tell you or was not open and honest the facts need to be physically investigated on the property deed of that property

There no way in hell I would buy anything site unseen
0 sympathy
LOL
lol
That’s what you get
Common sense wasn't so common in 2020.
No such thing.
I would maybe buy a house "sight unseen" if I was a millionaire and I did not care if it was a waste of money. Otherwise, you are setting yourself up for a lifetime of misery.
