I doubt they at all realised this when naming this character Vargas , but in Lithuanian , Vargas means Hardship. And his character went through exactly that. A giant hardship.

I used to love Chicago fire! I watched it every time it aired when I was 7 and me and my parents loved it. I remember an episode when they responded to a call and a car was hanging off of a roof really high up
It’s sad how they just left Vargas after his injury, they never showed him again in the show, would have been nice to have seen him on their down time chilling out together with him still being some kind of involved with them
usually on shows like this when someone gets injured/killed and suddenly disappears from the show its because they had a different gig lined up and needed to leave the cast, so they get dramatically written out.
I have always loved Severide from the beginning of this series until now . And i always will. And I completely agree with Severide in this situation and as far as I'm concerned Boden was mean & a jerk towards Severide in this situation 😢😮😮😮
