I feel morbidly sad about losing the opportunities in my younger years. That sinking feeling is so potent I can't even watch the video continuously. This is my 3rd attempt in last 60 mins.
Believing that opportunities were only good in your younger years is just that: a belief. A lie if you will, untrue. You can probably make an endless list of people who have made it in their older years. There is only the present moment, and the more seconds you waste on spending regretting you didn’t do something when you were younger, the more you’re wasting opportunity to make changes because one day you’ll call today your younger years. Time is an illusion. You can make ANY change at any point, if you just decide. Never ever is it too late for anything, that is the beauty about life. NOW is when you have the years of wisdom, not in your younger years, NOW is when you are strongest, most capable, most evolved. I believe in you💙

My understanding is that, binaural work , like the many tuning fork experiments. You get mentality tuned into a relaxed , hypnotic, suggestable state. (Works ease for most ppl having a pre belief disposition, that it already works ) it's ease to row , in the same direction , of the flowing river of thought current !
Yes you can although i find it invokes more emotion and privacy when writing in a journal. We associate our phone with sharing and (social) media, writing down is a more intimate emotional practice (for me at least, could be different for you so just see what you feel with it) 🤗
