- Comprehensive video of my yatra to Manimahesh and many Sakthi Peedams in Himachal Pradesh with commentary in Tamil. Manimahesh is one among the Pancha Kailash, like Kailash Manasarovar. This video will be very interesting for Shiva and Parvathi Bhakts and to those who are interested in Hindu Religious Yatras especially in the Himalayas.

Super! The video was beautiful and descriptions so real that it was unputdownable for the first half till Manimahesh was completed. Only due to the Grace of God are you able to undertake such Yatras. The second half documenting the various temples in Himachal Pradesh was also informative, coming from your first hand experience.
Thanks a lot Madam Neela...yes, I agree that no one can perform such yatras without the invitation of the Lord... I have personally felt that on many occassions.. Else how would you explain a normal person completing such grueling yatra with no discomfort.. Nothing by God's blessings.. Ohm Nama Shivaya...
Further on the point Neela Madam, Originally we planned for Kinner Kailash Yatra in Eastern Himachal Pradesh and made the arrangements & booked flight tickets to Delhi .. But 24 hours prior to our departure, due to heavy rains and floods, the Himchal Pradesh Govt closed the Kinnner Kailash Yatra and the Travel agent offered this as an alternative yatra.. The western Himachal where Manimahesh is located had less rain compared to Kinner Kailash and was in decent shape. Since we booked flight tickets from Chennai to Delhi well ahead, we took the chance and agreed to go to Manimahesh. Now, here you are seeing the result.. We can plan any anything but only Lord will decide what happens and where we go on that day.. This experience proves this point yet again... Sambo Mahadeva....Ohm Nama Shivaya..

V Ramesh, Good Morning. There is a shop called ‘Decathalon’ most of the big cities like Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore etc. in that shop you get all trekking material at a very reasonable price. You can buy from that. But buy before your trek and get used to the trekking shoes atleast for a week. Good High quality trekking shoes will cost 5000 to 6000. You can use it for many many years. Fantastic effort Sir, the video flow and narrative is so smooth, seamless, embedded with all the info anyone needs to do the trip. Other than some of the temples, had a divine view of the sanctum sanctorum and other deities in the temples shown. The video give the viewer the feel of having personally visited these temples. I felt I had made the trip. What an effort. Many videos are available, but very few have given me this sense of satisfaction and motivation to undertake such a trip. This yatra does not require any registration. 9 months of the year you can visit this holy place by yourself or thru any tour operator. Example Manimaheshtravels.com is one very good tour operator who arranges for individual and group tours
