  • Finn “karrigan” Andersen has worn many hats over his career.
He was a superstar in CS 1.6 - a great aimer with incredible instincts. And in CS:GO, he became not only one of the greatest in-game leaders of all time, but an architect of success - a man who doesn’t just lead, but knows how to build teams that win.

It is really appropriate to end the video with the word architect. The architect is the guy who design things and plan things, no the guy who put hand to make miracle. Karrigan is that type of person. It is easy to see he is not superstar with any CSGO weapons, like S1mple or dev1ce with the AWP, or flusha through the smoke or in any insane higlights. But karrigan's talents was in building teams, grouping stars or youngsters or veterans together and leading them to success. He put teams together and led 3 teams to top 3 4 at least during his period there. Karrigan's tactics are superb, he thinks of most scenarios in the match, all the good and the bad possibilities, tries to counter or predict the opponents. That explained why we see his team could play 3 maps in BO3 with high chance of winning no matter what. And that explained why when facing teams with high preparation like Astralis and Fnatic, his team could counter and win. The weakness of karrigan was that he was kind of slow in adapting to the changes in the team. We have seen FaZe Clan when Olof in and out, FaZe was inconsistent, falling and uprising. And mousesports also, before finding some achievements, it took them 4-5 months until the DreamHack Malmo to actually put a great performance (only lost to Vitality's explosive performance). And then after that look at mouz, they won ESL Pro League S10, cs_summit 5 and were on the way of winning 2 consecutive ESL Pro Leagues
