I noticed that fail happened mostly in the Nickelodeon versions because you know Nickelodeon...
It is embarrassing to these version how they didn't check twice before releasing it for the TV. And as well they didn't listen to the phrase: "Once cut, two times measure."

Her voice is not bad, but this change simply does not suit Bloom!

My theory is that Indonesian Nickelodeon will be in correct side. I feel like they start to dub the series when season 7 starting. So the could be getting the "bloomix" script instead of "sirenix" script. But let's just wait for 5 days untill episode 17 aired in Nickelodeon Asia.

Nah, almost every Nickelodeon messed it up. And unironically the ''worst'' Nickelodeon version didn't mistake it - Russian Nickelodeon. Thai Nickelodeon also messed it up but all the Indian ones did it right, except for Tamil Chutti TV when they did the worst ''Magic Winx, Mythix'' lol. But it is funny how in the Telugu version they left it in English with the re-dubbed version when they fixed this mistake.
