I adore you two! Your video's have helped me with many physical things happening to my body as I grew older & every video I've ever watched has made me laugh, taught me much and left me inspired to DO! Thank You!
This episode is "right on" a problem, which I have developed, stemming from a related scoliosis issue. My left hip rotates forward when I walk. I have been focused on hip adduction drills to relieve the knee pain, but I may have been looking in the wrong direction. I forgot about clam shells. Listening to you two, always gives me a new persperctive(s).
Yep. Happened to me. Severe knee pain, had cortisone injections. Kept getting worse. Orthopedic surgeon I was seeing sent meto his partner, who did the joint replacements. 5 minutes with him, and he said "its your hip." Had hip replacement, no more knee pain. Was not happy with guy who treated me for 2 years, and never looked at hip. Good video.
Soo, I've been having Avascular Necrosis of both femoral heads for about a year now, and since 2 weeks ago I also developed knee pain thinking that the necrosis has spread, I am schedulled for double hip replacement on 24th of September, hope the pain goes away from my knees. My doctor said the same thing, that it's most likely because of my hips (because I walk funny from the pain) so let's see. Thank you for the informative video!
a friend of mine recently is having knee pain. tests showed no problem in the knee. he told me that he only the elliptical machine. is it possible it is related to this? by the way, amazing videos you have
One of the most beneficial tricks I learned from my stint in the Army was from a physical therapist who taught me how to identify and correct anterior and posterior ilium discrepancies. I teach it to my clients all the time. Fixes bursitis of the hip in 1-2 days and so easy to do at home!
Enjoy the content been watching you guys for years, as I journey through needing right hip replacement, however causing many pain symptoms in left knee and as you guys mention the offsetting mechanics of an offbalance skeletal frame even noticing issues with neck...
totally feel it ....have had similar/identical experience and only again this evening its always disturbing and confuses me alot wondering is it hip/ knee or knee /hip as i skip off back to do less or play in goal with our senior group & hiding it... so thanks so much for the explanation i can work on something now!!... love you guys & thanks a Mill for the help and pain relief yous both do for so many people
It really does make sense. Now I know why my aunt has a problem with her knee. Her knee turns in, and she limps. Doctors have never been able to figure it out. She's 91 years old now. There's no way they would never do surgery to try to fix that now. But at least I understand the cause now. Thank you!
I think I have the opposite in what was explained at 3:35. I think my knee turns outward instead of inward and I have pains in my knee as a result. I'm sure this is from an incidence when I was a teenager stretching in the side splits when doing Martial Arts and at one point it felt like the head of my femur popped out of the hip socket slightly and it felt like when you have to crack your elbow or a joint back into place... but I just never could. All these years later no chiropractor or anyone could help me until I started doing Yoga how to pop my hip back in place. But I think after so many years the hip joint has some calcium buildup and isn't still sitting correctly as it should. Any advice or would be greatly appreciated if anyone knows or has experience with this.. Thanks
Wow I literally needed this right now! Lol 😂 I twisted my knee last night. Back pain has been Terrible and I’m pregnant. Second trimester now all of a sudden it’s happening
I'm a retired Pro Ballroom/Latin Dancer, but I still dance for fun. I had zero pain throughout my 30-year career, but - after sitting during the pandemic, I am now experiencing excruciating pain in the right glute, hip flexor, and underneath the patella. It mainly happens when I cross my right leg in front of my left and turn my torso rightward. Ouch! I have tried chiropractic and massage... but can you please direct me to a stretch or strengthening exercise? Thank you!!!
Hello, Back in 2014 I was attacked and my leg healed kinda rough. Now my legs are misleveled and I work on my feet so the knee sliding makes perfect sense as to why it hurts when i walk alot. Would yall recommend surgery? i want my legs leveled so i can live a healthy painless life.is it recommended?
Been treated for knee pain by my gp for two years , 3 x rays , I mri scan , then a friend suggested might be my hip - lightbulb moment - thank you doctor for being u/s
I have the opposite....had left hip replacement and now have left knee pain right below the knee. I've never had knee pain in my life, and now miserable everyday.
People complained about it getting to long etc and honestly we are on so many platforms we can’t mention them all! . we are just trying it this way for a while to see if it affects followers and subscribers. We are on all major platforms and a few not so common if you want to look for us 😃
I'm a runner and have had inner knee pain for a year now. Had two MRI and it didn't show much. The Dr. Just gave me a cortisone shot and said if knee continues to hurt then it's probably my hip. Any advice Thanks
*I just realized this tonight. I had both hips replaced in 2020 from AVN. A day or 2 after my right hip replacement my right knee started hurting like crazy, and the same hospital replaced my knee to fix it stating AVN as the cause. Because my right hip felt worse after the surgery I went and got a second opinion from another hospital that tested my hip replacement was loose and they did a revision. So now my left hip started hurting and I just found out that that implant is now loose as well. Last night my left knee started hurting so bad that it felt broken so I looked it up and found out that knee pain is a common side effect of a bad hip. Long story short, I got a frigging knee replacement for no good reason. The doctors never said a hip could be the issue, they just replaced it instead.* *The Cleveland Clinic gave me 2 bad hip replacements and an unneeded knee replacement. I need to call a lawyer.* 😢

Thanks! It’s possible depending on underlying issues he may have.

I did a left hip surgery and lengthened it and got a knee pain on my healthy leg after three month. What case it Bob and Brad?
You hit the nail on the head. My hip is always sore and my knees are always sore I'm going to try that exercise. thank you both for such great videos.
Have you ever looked into aquatic therapy.?
Happy to help!!
Did the exercise last night and it seemed to feel better today I will continue this exercise
Dear Bob and Brad, can I do all those exercises after anterior hip replacement as I am having a lot of knee pain
If it is causing more pain or new pain, we don't recommend continuing with that exercise
It really does make sense.

Hey guy's never ever heard this but when you think about it..it really makes sence that it's really the hip not the knee!!! Thanks Bob & Brad💕💖💕💖
You are the best of the best ❤️🙏😇🙏❤️
slight scoliosis can and does throw off hip balance. So knee pain can be related to hip and hip can be related to back.

Happy to help 😀
Had hip replaced . Now knee on same leg is causing major pain less than a year later.
I have the opposite....had left hip replacement and now have left knee pain right below the knee. I've never had knee pain in my life, and now miserable everyday.
Brad stopped showing the website card in the beginning of the show. Why?

Great job 👍 guys Adios.

What Happen's When your knee side and right below it on the bone feels like it's going to break??
Pretty sure IT band pain is much more common in bow leg situations
Oh my gosh a light bulb just went off This is happening to me. My knees are turning out I have arthritis in my hips That's where it's all coming from
