- Why do people love pigeon racing? Days like these I suppose. I've been training and feeding the birds religiously in the two weeks leading up to my final race. I was hoping for a good performance from some of the birds. I had my eye on a couple of racing pigeons that were looking in good shape and flying well. What's more, with the weather looking favourable I really thought we were in with a chance of scoring some good positions. Pigeon racing 2022

Hi Rob from Plymouth I also have Dave Evans pigeons he sent me 5 pairs back in 2021 i have bred succesful birds off of those pigeons
That was a very interesting end there,
The trapping needs some improvement with drop birds to help you out
😂😂your in trouble wish you all the best with your birds you will get the best out of them when you get on the widowhood I used to train mine 5 miles from the loft on wed thur Fri and single them out they used to trap like bullets come race day but each to their own it’s jus a little trick I used to use if it helps good look for the following season 👍

Well done and I hope you have enjoyed you're first year of racing pigeons. When you go to the Doncaster and Blackpool show bring you're measuring tape and pen and paper 😁, you are going to get so many ideas on breeding and widowhood box's and perches, be no harm 2 take note. So will we see a video coming soon on plans for next season??, Building a new loft ETC ETC ??
