I watched this video in full again tonight. Your attention to detail in bringing out the beauty of the wood without adding anything to it (like resin) is amazing to me. How you hold the tools and keep the same pressure on the wood without gouging or damaging it in any way amazes me. I look forward to other videos of your work. Thanks for sharing.
Nice job showing the layout. Amazed that by the calibration picture of your ruler that this piece is only about 16 cm long. The video makes it look much larger. Great Job!!
I would have never expected that much work to have been involved. A lot of people take handmade wooden objects for granted, I myself, was one of those people, until I became an adult and started decorating my house, I finally realized the beauty in natural wood (not painted over to cover the grain) and I try to buy solid wood furniture, decorations, etc. whenever possible. It's more expensive, but the beauty (not to mention the quality) is incredible!
