+Iksra Tok unfortunately the sub was only used for about a month before the car ended up in a collision shop, it's still there waiting on parts. I can tell you that the sub is extremely well made and I wouldn't hesitate buying one. I have a 10" Alpine powered sub that I bought in '98, its been used hard but still rocks like new. I would say the Rockford is on par or even a little better than the Alpine.
I have to tap in through my rear speakers because Im still using my factory radio. I have a 2008 Jeep wrangler, How do I figure out the colors and what is positive and negative in my soundbar? my left side I have black/white stripe and dark green. Right side I have light green and light blue?? installing as I type this, thanks!
thats ok, I initially had a bad ground, fixed that, now I cant get the audio input to work. I tested it using my cell phone as my audio source and still nothing. I'm thinking I damage the amp with the bad ground, possibly. They are shipping me a new sub, I am sending this one back. So hope to finish this project on Friday. Thanks for the reply!
+cbhfan88 I didn't measure it but it's at least 10' long. When I installed it in the mustang I had quite a bit that I had to zip tie and stuff in behind the head unit.
+kevin henderson I had to lay it on its back in my boys mustang but once we got everything adjusted it sounded great but the trunk space was gone. I have a video of the install and one day I'll get around to uploading it. I think it's a rock solid unit.
Just be aware that using the power aerial to trigger the amp wont always work on every head unit. . . some head units when not in radio mode, have no power to that cable which in turn means your amp/sub wont be switched on. Most "decent" head units will have a wire labeled "remote" which is generally the wire you would use to switch amps/subs on.
+Terry Drew I got it done back in June. I posted a video of installing the head unit in the mustang but haven't gotten around to uploading the subwoofer install yet. My son loves the system.
i'm just a little upset that you never posted the video of it in car like you said over and over again ? went to your page and looked at all your videos for it..but I did buy this model from ebay 3 days ago..and yes this video was helpful to see what I would be getting and the basic sound of it..so thank you on that end..
116falconer I just dont understand why u give an instructional video when u are obviously not very knowledgeable with car audio. for one splitting the outputs of the head unit into RCA's will possibly work until u burn the low level inputs of. the amp up. enjoyed the demo of the product but I wouldn't be giving instructions when I'm not 100% sure what I am doing

I wanted a little bump without compromising the charging system and performance of our cars. these little speakers have a low impact on your charging system and sound great totally wood recommend

I figure it out using a 9v battery test on the speaker. But now I can get the sub to actually play. Power light is on, but no beats?
I found the correct wiring diagram, I had pos/neg wrong. Im sure it will work now, thanks for the detailed video!

The 10" (p300-10) works best in the Camaro because it perfectly fits in the rear of the trunk -- check the Camaro forums for this setup, they love it!
