I wish they sold smaller quantities of gold than 1 oz and the 10 oz bar. Like 1/10 gold maples or 1 oz silver maples. Not many people have 2500 usd sittin in the pocket.
I've bought quite a bit of gold and silver from Costco. Under spot or at spot, you just cannot beat it. Executive Membership fees are increasing from $120 to $130 per year. With that, Costco also increased its cap from $1000 cashback rewards for a 12-month period to $1,250. Metal prices are CRAZY today!!!
Congrats Speg..... from someone who doesn't have a Costco near me 😢😭 But it is what it is ... maybe one day they'll decide to put one on the Outer Banks......yeah, no... probably never going to happen! Guess I'm online buying....as usual. Take care, be safe and God bless!
Benga I buy one 4 days ago and I buy also a pump bar a low price now it's $2,500 to go and it's very gorgeous that Buffalo coin and it came out nice no damage no nothing brand new the ship it to my house😂😂😂😂😂💸💸💸💸👍👍👍👍👍
Good stuff! I got started with stacking because I trusted Costco. Little tip - when gold or silver is available on Costco online, make a list (I titled mine Metals) and save it to the list. I have almost every precious metal Costco has ever offered and it will always show up there if it's available. Also, when there is a good shift in spot price, Costco doesn't adjust immediately as the market rises or falls, so you can use it to your advantage and really make out like a bandit. Such as right now, at this very moment, gold eagles and buffalos are available. As well as silver eagles. We should do a video together Speg LOL, I've got Costco down to a science. You were a big help, helping me figure out 10oz silver Canadian bars in central FL.
I got several bars last month. Crap, now I have to get the buffalos before they are gone. My girlfriend works at costco, so I get multiples of everything. I thought I was crazy, I'm not. Thanks for the videos.
Yes you do because I got the same member ship I'm a executive member and when I did my first purchase the girl and the front desk says you just got $49 back so yes they pay you I'm a beginner and I start with 10 oz 22,500 I got 30 oz already now just in July all the money and I also got silver but yes Costco gave you that money cash back and I bought it when it was $2,400 a year You're right they give you the cash back plus my credit card
I see that these items have this limitation "Limit of 1 Transaction Per Membership, with a Maximum of 5 Units." So, it sounds like it is a one time deal per customer.
No that’s a weekly per 7 days limit so you can buy five oz gold at once or less and then you would have to wait 7 days before you can buy more if ordering more but that doesn’t count if you want to buy online and then go to your local Costco and if by chance they have them in stock they don’t count the online weekly limit but the limit applies in store too so you buy in store and wait seven days before buying more while online you can buy more and it doesn’t count for the in store limit and vice versa lol
Here in New York where I live at is 5 for a person I don't know other states but here in New York where I leave at Coco said I can buy five for a person
Your better off buying coins as there is no tax up to $1000 profit when selling where as any money made on bars you pay a tax, this is in Canada but I assume it’s the same in the USA as well in most states . I bought the pamp bars when it was hard to get the maple leafs but I wish I would of waited for the coins to come in stock as they get a better premium and a nice tax break if you ever sell for a profit in the future
Yeah it's nice it's a buffalo it's a golden buffalo like you said with some alloys another stuff but it's not a PF 70 it it's just a regular grade but the PF 70 buffalo coin is $5,500 I just bought 2023 and 2024 American gold eagle set and I paid $11,000 for both of them but you it's it's a it's a good investment to a degree but it's not investment grade coin so it won't a really appreciate as the PF 70 that's in a slab that's been looked at by three different people I get my gold from US Gold bureau in Texas and they are the best they sell you something and if gold dropped $2,000 and you just paid whatever say 24 drop the grand it's $1,500 oz now I can still go to the US Gold bureau and say look here here's the coin here's the gold bar they'll give you back what you paid for it you won't take a loss there's only two companies in America that do that so it's nice but don't buy Costco's gold it's not a coin Don't buy that thin tin foil type gold stuff they're selling cuz it's just scrap once you walk out of the store it's not even nothing you can't do nothing with it this is my opinion it's a nice coin I mean I like it but I I'm just a primadonna that likes high end slabbed coins and get some bullion on top of it and like I'm a new coin collector man I don't know what I'm doing so yeah but goodbye keep it in that
The gold Buffalo isn't an alloy, it's .9999 fine gold. The Gold Eagle is an alloy. I have no clue where you're shopping but you are overpaying for your proof coins, at least you are if you think a proof Buffalo is $5,500. You can get a 2024 PF70 Buffalo from APMEX, one of the most overpriced retailers around, for $3995. Slabbed bullion is a nonsense racket. Bullion is meant to sell for close to the price of the metal. I looked on the US Gold bureau website for selling back to them. I see nothing there. I don't believe for a second that they'll give you what you paid if you sell back to them. If they did that for everyone they'd be out of business. Buying gold from Costco makes a fair bit of sense to me, at least when you can get it close to spot. Buying from an overpriced online dealer, I'm sorry to tell you, is just wasting money
The Buffalo is one ounce of 24 Karat gold with no alloys, which is why it is physically smaller than the gold eagle which is one oz of gold, but also contains other metals.
11k for 2oz’s of gold….Proof 70 or not, they saw you coming. Even if they did give you a grand back (which they are not) they’d still be 3k ahead, and that’s at the worst prices. Do some simple research before you blow your $. Those same coins are on eBay for 3,300 and 3,500 from grossly over priced APMEX.
I bought a buffalo 8/15/24 for melt @ $2,455.00 + $50.00 = $2,505.00 , best price I could get .
I wish they sold smaller quantities of gold than 1 oz and the 10 oz bar. Like 1/10 gold maples or 1 oz silver maples. Not many people have 2500 usd sittin in the pocket.

Great info. I didn’t know this.
Bought some from Costco this week myself
Nice!
You can open the capsule without damaging the assay card, and you can put it back in assay
Can you tell us how?
@@A_T_O_M_I_C_Rooster the opening is in the very front. You’ll feel a little ridge. Simple dig your nail under and it’ll pop like any other capsule.
Really beautiful packaging
I bought 2 of them from Costco 2 weeks ago

That’s no fun, Jim! Maybe one day you’ll get lucky!
We almost got one in my town, but they wanted the city to subsidize it
You can buy from Costco online.
Hey Jim,
A lot of this gold is shipped to me via Costco online. Easy peasy.
I wish Costco would sell Libertads..
If only!
Good morning Sir! I was just standing here listening making the “ O’No I would never “! Comment! Thanks Sir have a great day $
Gold and stock markets at all time highs!! Does this make sense? Are one of these artificially inflated?
New Jersey will charge you the 6.625 percent taxes on the gold. So there is no savings buying if they are getting an extra $165 dollars.
Thank you, NJ Democrats!
2015 1/10 gold eagles from apmex were $135! Holy smokes now double plus ! Apmex is high now they’re over $300
Hi there! Which credit card do you use for it at Costco and what’s the percentage cash back amount?
Gold buffalo for under spot, heck yea! That'll never happen from the US mint. Congrats.
Thanks so much but do I go to the jewelry area or order online? How do I buy from Cosco ?
I’m right there also with you just got gold 1 oz. pamp bar to add to my collection from Costco. Used my card as well to get more discount.

Can i sell my coin at any pawn shop? Do you know any national places to sell my coin?
Awesome pickup

Is it worthwhile to get a Costco membership to buy gold from them There an hour drive from me ?
You can order online from them as well and save the hour drive…
yeah, if you order online, it's free shipping too. But you have to be there to sign for it.
Dam thats a pretty piece
I guess I should get some gold, I'm not inherently against it, but I really do like silver, as a metal itself, and an investment.
How much did you pay
Absolutely a win!
I see that these items have this limitation "Limit of 1 Transaction Per Membership, with a Maximum of 5 Units." So, it sounds like it is a one time deal per customer.
@corwind3888 Oh, you can definitely get more than five.
It's not enforced. I don't ask. lol

@@user-cu9bn1pd2b Well, I hope that this is accurate. It would have been nice if Costco had been more specific on their website.
Here in New York where I live at is 5 for a person I don't know other states but here in New York where I leave at Coco said I can buy five for a person
I believe here it’s 5 per membership per day? I could be mistaken…
@@mrsspegtacular6484 yeah, I've gone over 5 silver eagle tubes and had no issues.
does that tester go all the way thru the coin? Solid gold?
Each sensor and wand goes into the coin a different depth.
For some reason here in Nevada I can’t buy any gold or silver.
When testing METALS, place a fake one on there then real one, so we can always see, Im thinking about buying one of these.
Costco is great! 👍
Is the gold Lady Fortuna as good an investment as a Eagle, Buffalo or Canadian Maple.?
The eagle and buffalo generally sell for more
… in the U.S.
Highly recommend eagle or buffalo for better resell value, provided you're here in the US.

yep
@@pnk1870 it's over 2500 now! I have no problem buying from Costco at all! I just get nervous about things being in the mail
Unfortunately all they have now is Pamp bars, but they are under spot

bought a dozen of them last month..!!!!!
Nice! too bad the premium is high for buffalos and eagles.
Nice Sigma!
Im with ya!!!!
Guess I'll stick with silver
💯 sprg. God bless

Great commercial. sorry lcs’s , guess you need a cash back scheme for more exposure
Umm it’s not a commercial if he’s not getting paid for it 😉
damn nice deal... buying gold??... i save up to buy an ounce of silver every month... LOL
Gold new ATH
Woooooo
Wonder which Costco location? Nothing at Burbank, west L.A.
It’s online
Just order mine. Thanks!
