- In this episode we spend two days exploring the beautiful city of Porto, with its tiled buildings, buskers and artists. We meet up with @fivegonesailing We watch a concert and try the famous Francesinha sandwich. We then sail off with our German friends to stopover in Alviero.
We are a family of five with plans for an epic adventure, sailing around the world. We have bought a boat we have to gut it, rebuild it, sell all of our possessions and have t he guts to cast off. Follow our adventures.

WOW The best channel on RUclips. What a glorious city Oporto is and you have a real breakdancer there with Tilly. Unfortunately, for me that is, that when calling in to Oporto I had an accident there whilst cleaning the catamaran I was sailing in resulting in damaging my knee and when we got to Lisbon I had to fly home for treatment! What a fantastic family and a brilliant way to bring up the children. Life is all about seeing and learning new things so I congratulate you on what you are doing and look forward to your forthcoming episodes. God bless you all ❣

One of the consistent joys of our cruising lives has been the music! Fado (bit like cats in depressive pain) in Portugal, glorious flamenco in Spain, classical concerts in the caves of Lanzarote, Elton John in concert in Gibraltar-no charge as we just sat on the bow and listened at anchor........moments to cherish and memories yet to be made for you and the kids! Lovely video yet again-thank you x
Thanks. We may not be great at speaking French or Spanish or Italian but we are fluent in Music it’s something we understand and seek it out wherever we go. I bet hearing Elton was fab.
