1 week break is worth the wait for this chapter. Deadass same feeling as chapter 235. Yuji punching 8 consecutive (7 black flash this chap) black flash and broke all records, and posseses 2 CT including shrine. I think Yuji's domain would be Benevolent Shrine (opposite of Malevolent Shrine) and I think Sukuna gonna activate the merger as a last ditch.
I like the Idea of Yuji is the Twin Brother of Sukuna but based on update of some leakers, there's some misinterpretation, Yuji's father more likely to be a Twin brother of Sukuna. And makes more sense when you consider that Yuji’s grandfather when he was younger resembles Sukuna a bit. So the similarities start earlier than Yuji’s generation
It makes more sense why kenjaku took backshots if the dad was the reincarnation, because by then he can try and experiment with the newborn to make him the ultimate vessel for sukuna’s bloodline
After itadori 5th blackflash , he land a normal blow breaking the sequence. So he hit 8 BF in total but in two sequences , 5 in the first sequence and 3 on the second sequence .

I think most likely Kenjaku discovered Yuji’s soul when he was turning Sukuna into a cursed object- that process involves binding the soul and body after breaking them down into smaller pieces, so I suspect that when that was happening Kenjaku stumbled upon the remains of Yuji’s soul, still trapped in Sukuna’s body.

It'd be mad funny if Fukuma Mizushi is actually Yuji's soul's/Sukuna's brother's original technique and Sukuna ate him and gained it, while the Fire Arrow is Sukuna's actual technique.
The parallel is that Yuji ate his brothers too and gained their technique.
I bet Yuji’s cursed techniques will not just be limited to Shrine and Blood Manipulation, you may also add Anti-Gravity soon. Kenjaku hijacked a woman with Anti-Gravity CT to be clapped by Jin Itadori. It will be a battle of different CT’s with Yuta soon.
I just hope Yuji’s Domain Expansion to be Womb Profusion like Kenjaku’s rather than Malevolent Shrine since he’s still Kenjaku’s son, plus he ate his half-human half-cursed womb brothers to gain Blood Manipulation technique. It will be fitting for Yuji.
There's a limit on cursed techniques the brain can hold. Kenjaku had to forget some to learn others, I believe

So if Yuji wasnt planned and kenjaku did it for fun. This would imply that kenjaku saw Sukuna, got in his feelings and wanted to test out his CE reinforced D. But Sukuna being Sukuna, rejected him/her so she/he got the next best thing, revived his dead twin brother and did tricks on it and gave birth to Yuji.
Also, if sukunas brother is an identical twin, Yuji IS technically, biologically Sukuna's child.
